教材分析
本节课的内容是清华版小学英语一年级上册Unit2. Animals Lesson14。主要是复习本单元前六课中所学过的六种动物的英文名称:rabbit, monkey, bear, panda, elephant, tiger, 和句型“I have a little bear. What do you have?”“I have a...”以及会说唱歌谣。清华版小学英语体现出了较强的语言学习逻辑,从词到句再到歌谣,让学生逐步学会独立对话。并且在每节课中都设定出不同的场景,吸引学生的注意力的同时也能激发学生的兴趣,并且帮助学生理解各类功能句型。

通过闯关游戏培养学生独立思考和小组合作的能力。

能够通过可爱的动物图片和宣传片树立正确的价值观,培养学生热爱小动物、保护小动物的意识。

复习巩固本单元所学的有关动物的单词和词组;

在情境中复习有关have的功能句和答语。

形容词big和little的准确记忆和运用;

在真实语境中使用所学句型进行交际。

教学过程
(一)Warm-up
- Ss sing a song together (Peek a zoo)
- After singing, T greets ss
- T points out we are going to the zoo today and divides ss into two different teams (Team Tiger and Team Lion)
- T asks, “What can we see in the zoo.” to check ss’s memory of the words in
this unit (二)Presentation

Words Review(slide 2)
(Aim: To help ss review the words of animals in this unit by using phonics)
1.
T leads ss go inside the zoo (a picture of zoo on slide) to review the words of animals by using phonics 2.
T helps ss practice reading the words in different groups 3.
Ss practice to read the words in louder and lower sound 4.
T points the paper on this slide to lead in next step -
Round 1: Find the animals(slide 4-7) (Aim: To train the ability of finding correct words by riddle and the ability of making riddles)
1.
T shows a picture of a lawn with the words of the six animals on it 2.
T describes one animal, ss guess what it is and find it on slide 5 E.g. It has two long ears, and it has two red eyes. What is it? (Rabbit) 3. One ss describes an animal, the other ss guess what it is 4. Ss find out all of the animals by describing them and point them on slide 5
5. All the animals are back on slide 6

Round 2: Big or Little (Slide 8-15)
(Aim: To helps ss distinguish “big” and “little”.)
1.
T shows a picture of two rabbits on slide 9 (a big one and a little one) 2.
T points the big rabbit and asks what it is, then points the little rabbit and asks what it is. 3.
T shows slide 10-14 to help ss practice “big” and ‘little”.

Practice -
Round 3: What do you have? (Slide 16-19) (Aim: To help ss be able to read the sentence patterns and use them in the real situation.)
1.
T shows a sentence on the blackboard:
What do you have?
I have a big bear. 2.
Ss read in different teams. 3.
Passing game: T gives a toy rabbit and a toy elephant to the two teams. Ss pass them on by one when the music starts, and stop passing when the music stops. 4.
T asks the students who hold the toy: What do you have? (四)
Production -
Round 4: Work in pairs (Slide 20-22) (Aim: To help ss use the sentence pattern in the real life situation.)
1.
T shows a picture of body on slide 21. 2.
Ss discuss the picture by using the sentence pattern “What do you have?” “I have a…”
3.
Ss show their pair works. 4.
Ss discuss in pairs about their stationery by using the sentence pattern. -
Round 5: Let’s say it. (Slide 23-25)
(Aim: To help ss review the words of animals and sentences in a chant.)
1.
T shows a chant on the slide 24 2.
Ss listen to the chant and see teacher’s actions.
3.
Ss chant together with actions. -
Open the treasure box (slide 26-31) 1.
T opens the treasure box, play the video about a song of protecting animals; 2.
After watching, T asks, “Are the animals happy?” (No)

Group work 1.
T gives a paper and some pictures of being friends with animals and hurting the animals, ss work in group of four to decide which is good and which is bad. 2.
T points out the animals are the treasure of the zoo and calls on ss to be friends with animals. (五)
Homework Tell the story to your parents and say how you will help them to find
happiness
