Teaching Material(教材分析) 本套教材的教学目的是：激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养学生学习英语的积极态度，使其树立学好英语的自信心，养成良好的学习习惯；培养学生初步运用英语进行日常交流的能力，并在交流中形成一定的语感和良好的语音、语调基础；培养学生一定的阅读和书写能力；注重培养学生的观察、记忆、想象和创造能力。而本单元主要让学生学会放学后的各种活动，能够询问“放学后做什么？”并做出回答。通过交流和阅读等活动开阔视野，了解更多课后活动，增强对学习和生活的热爱。

Analysis of the students（学情分析）

小学英语教学最重要的是保持学生的兴趣。三年级的学生已学过两年多的英语，学生已有一定的基础，能够进行基本的听说和读，而且还具备了书写字母的能力，为今后认读和拼写单词做好了准备，从而为正式开始阅读和书写打下了坚实的基础。始终把激发学生的学习兴趣放在首位，引导学生端正学习态度，掌握良好的学习方法，培养学生良好的学习习惯。

1.能够借助图片读懂本单元小故事，并在教师的指导下进行表演。

2.能够通过学习小故事，了解中国小学生的生活侧面，思考和安排自己学生的生活。

Important and Difficult Points（教学重难点）

重点：能读懂故事并认识新单词。

难点：能在教师指导下表演小故事;让学生学会根据自己的兴趣爱好来安排自己的课后生活。

T: Maybe. S3: He doesn’t know. T: OK, you have different ideas. 设计意图：教学图片作为一种资源，让学生大胆猜测，然后师通过让学生听，找出答案并揭示课题。把课堂交给学生。鼓励学生自己提出问题，培养学生的思维能力。把学生从被动学习转为主动学习。

Step 2: Listen and Circle T: Now, let’s open our books and turn to page 30. This time let’s listen to the story and circle “What is he going to do after school?”

(教师整体呈现故事录音）

T：Who can tell me what he is going to do? S1: He is going to play ping-pong. S2: He is going to draw pictures. S3: He is going to play football. S4: He is going to dance. Ss: He is going to play chess. 设计意图：通过听录音和浏览故事，让学生对故事的情节有一个大的了解，为后面的课文讲解做铺垫。

Step 3: Watch and think T：Do you remember “How many people does the boy meet in the story?”Now, let’s watch the video and count. (教师播放视频）

T: How many? Let’s count it together. Ss: 7 （现将活动用具粘贴全部放在黑板上，六幅图讲解过程中，每讲一个

人，就让学生在人物的后面贴上相应的活动用具）

T：Now, let’s see the second picture together. Here is a girl. Can you guess what is in her hand? S: Coloured pens.(教师讲解coloured pens) T: So, Mike says “Me too.”

So, he is going to get coloured

pens. Now, who can choose one for him? （此时学生上前选择彩笔，贴上）

Now, he gets coloured pens. （教师讲解coloured pens, 延伸出coloured paper）

T：In the fourth picture, what does Mike ask? S: Are you going to dance? T: YES. They are going to dance. So, who can choose one for him? Now, he gets dancing shoes. (教师讲解dancing shoes,并复习dance变dancing,去e 加ing) (5)

游戏操练句型

教师带一个大骰子，每一面都有一项的课后活动，摇骰子，把自己摇出来的短语，放到Are you going to......？ 的句型中进行操练。并告诉学生相应的答语：YES or NO Step 4: Listen and repeat Step 5:Read in groups Step 6: Let’s act 小组内分角色表演，学生到前面分角色表演故事（老师会先准备好道具）
