This lesson is mainly about : Words of body and sentences structures. (这课的主要内容是有关于身体部位的单词和句型结构。)

Teaching contents(教学内容)

Words of body : hand, foot. Sentences structures: Wave your hands. Move your feet. (身体部位的单词:手,脚。句型结构:挥挥你的手,动动你的脚。)

Teaching objects (教学对象)

Students are in Grade 3. They are 10-11 years old. They are active and curious, interested in new things. It is not difficult for them to understand the new words and sentences structures. (教学对象是三年级的学生,他们十岁到十一岁,他们积极活跃对事物充满好奇,对新的事物感兴趣,理解新单词和句型对他们来说并不难。)

By the end of the lesson,Ss will read, write and recognize hand, hands, foot, feet. Ss will communicate with the partners with “Wave your hands”, “Move your feet.”

Step1. Greeting (1 minute)(第一步:师生互相问好)

T: Hello, everybody. Ss: Hello, teacher. T: How are you? Ss: I am fine , thank you. And you?

T: I am fine, too. Nice to meet you. Ss: Nice to meet you ,too. Step2. Warm –up& Presentation (4 minutes) (第二步:热身和呈现新授)

2.1 T and Ss do the warm-up together.(about rabbit)

Purpose: to review the body words that Ss have learned. 2.2 Guessing game (猜图游戏)

T shows a picture Mickey Mouse without hands and feet.

T asks the Ss to imagine and guess what parts of body they can’t see?

2.3 Presentation of a new word: hand. (呈现新单词:手)

T uses pictures of hand to teach this word, and T shows the body part –“hand” to explain the word hand. T uses pictures to explain the plural forms of hand.

2.4 Presentation of a new sentence. (呈现新句型“Wave your hands”。)

T does demonstrate “Wave your hands”, and shows a picture of the sentence.

2.5 Presentation of a new word: foot. (呈现新单词:脚)

T uses pictures of foot to teach this word, and shows the foot to explain the word“foot”.T uses pictures to explain the plural forms of foot. 2.6 Presentation of a new sentence.(呈现新句型“Move your feet”。)

T does demonstrate “Move your feet” and shows a picture of the 4

sentence. Purpose:

According T shows, Ss can understand the meaning of the words and the sentences. Step3. Practice(2 minutes)(第三步:练习)

3.1 Ss can point their hand, foot ,hands, feet correctly. 3.2 T says and Ss do “Wave your hands/hand.” “Move your feet/foot.”
