Unit 8 The Ruler Is Long 第一课时
教学目标：
1.能听说读写词汇：long, short ,tall ,tree, grass, big, small.
2. 掌握short的两个不同含义。
教学重难点：
1. long , short ,tall ,tree, grass, big, small等的正确熟练使用。
2.根据以上词汇描述所见物品。
教学准备：
1.单词long , short ,tall ,tree, grass, big, small教学卡片。
2.多媒体课件。
教学过程：
1.新课导入：
带领学生观察教室并且询问：What can you see in the picture？
2.新课展示：
（1）出示图片并询问
T: What can you see in the picture?
Ss: train, car
T:对比两幅图片你可以得出什么结论？
T：The train is long and the car is short然后领读单词并造句
（2）出示图片并询问
T: What can you see in the picture?
Ss: elephant, bird.
T: 对比两幅图片你可以得出什么结论？
T: The elephant is big and the bird is small. 然后领读单词并造句。
（3）出示图片并询问
T: What can you see in the picture?
T: tree, grass.
对比两幅图片你可以得出什么结论？
T：The tree is tall and the grass is short. 然后领读单词并造句。
以此类推惊醒后面的单词教学。
（4）然后让学生齐读单词。
（5）练习读单词做动作。
（6）对着图片进行。
...is long.
...is short. ...is tall.
...is big
...is small等句子的练习。
3、内容小结：通过一两道练习题来巩固本节的内容。
4、作业布置。
