课前采用了free talk 的形式，用问题的提出，来激活学生认知系统中已有的图式，调动他们头脑中已储存的与故事主题相关的背景知识。并为后来猜测Gogo昨天去了哪里作铺垫，有利于为新课的导入。

Presentation 1，创设情境，有效提问，由浅入深

由“Before that,we were in many other places”这句话来提出问题“Where were they before that? ”，从而引入一问题表格，让学生仔细阅读表格，然后带着问题来观看故事视频。然后再让学生回答并带领大家一起检查答案。这里就采用了任务型教学法，带着问题去阅读故事，有利于学生深入理解故事。

续写故事能够促进对学生语言综合运用能力和知识迁移的能力。
