【教学设计】
Teaching aims: 1) Ps will be able to review Module 5 U1 and U2. 2) Ps will be able to talk about a routine life and activity of the day. 3) Ps will be able to finish the exercise. 4) Ps will be able to use the patterns to make a short passage. 5) Ps will be able to act out the story.
Difficult points: Talk about a routine life and activity of the day.
Teaching aids: CAI, tape, cards and pictures.
Teaching procedures:
Step One: Warming up 1. Read the rhyme about /ei/. 2. Clap hand games. (Review the numbers 1-12)
Step Two: Revision 1. Sharp eyes: What time is it? It’s one o’clock.
2. Show the flash cards and review the patterns: I go to school at 7. Stick the flash cards on the blackboard and help them to make sentences. 3. Action game Review the patterns: get up, have breakfast, go to school, play football, have lunch, go home, watch TV, do homework, have dinner, go to bed.
Step Three: Reading and writing. 1.
Watch the video for twice. 2.
Ask the students to talk about the passage, then fill in the blanks. 3.
Check the answer. 4.
Help the students to read the sentences. 5.
Retell the story.
Step Four: Do a survey 1.
Show the paper with the blank for the students. 2.
Teacher do a sample for the students:
Fill in the blank and make sentences. 3.
Ask the students to fill in the blank and make sentences. 4.
Let them to talk about their daily life with their partners. 5.
Show some students’ survey and let them to tell their daily life.
Step Five: Sum up
1. Ask the students to pick up the “time” and action phrases, then make sentences: I _________ at______. 2. Tell the pupils ‘Do the right things on the right times! To live a healthy life !’

【教学反思】
本单元的教学目标是让学生会用句子What’s the time, please?来询问时间以及正点的回答方法。并听懂、会说句型:I get up at ___ o’clock. I go to school at __ o’clock. I have lunch at ___ o’clock.并能运用句型进行会话:谈论自己一天的活动。
本课首先通过图片呈现数数的方式来复习数字,为接下来的知识学习做好铺垫。然后通过歌曲进一步复习巩固并创造一个良好的英语学习氛围。接着通过一个小游戏倒入复习句型:What’s the time, please?以及整点的回答。进行巩固练习后,通过图片展示的方法进行短语学习:get up, go to school, have lunch,watch TV ,go home, go to bed。
在练习句型时,我展示了Panpan一天的活动,引导学生模仿小熊猫说:I get up at ___ o’clock. I go to school at __ o’clock. I have lunch at ___ o’clock.等等。接着让学生边听录音边完成练习纸上的填空练习,带着问题来看课件,既是一种放松,又是一种很好的学习的方式。
在不断重复该句型的同时也运用了Story Element的基本五要素:场景(Setting),角色(Characters),情节(Plot),问题(Problems),以及解决办法(Solution)。例如句型:I(Characters)go home (Plot)at 5(Setting). 在本课的结尾,我设计了一个抽取活动及时间,并且组合成句子的小游戏,学生抽到的搭配五花八门,这就为故事提供了Problems,例如:I go to school at 12. 然后我们一起找找Solution:What time should we go to school? What time do you go to school? 最后引出了本课的中心结论

最后通过自我展示My day环节不仅巩固了新句型,将听说读写相结合拓展了所学新知,且调动了他们学习英语的积极性,包括那些平时缺少自信的孩子。
但是整节课当中,部分环节衔接的不够好:PanPan’s Day和My Day的呈现顺序可作调整。以展示小熊猫的一天作为句型的操练引入,以介绍“我的一天”作为拓展练习,这样会使整节课的层次更为清晰。
总的来说,这节课较好地完成了教学任务和教学目的,通过这节课对单词和句型的练习,学生能熟练地用英语来向同伴介绍自己一天的作息时间,并且在情感上体会到了健康生活的定义。
