Step1. Free talk

1.Guess my hobbies.

教师自我介绍并让学生猜测自己的爱好，引出课题。

T:What do you do on Saturdays or Sundays? Ss:I usually……on Saturdays/Sundays. (review a song：Sunday la la la , Monday la la la……) PPT: on Sundays and Saturdays = at weekends 教读“at weekends ”

引出课题Unit7At Weekends。

2.Let’s talk. Give the students some pictures, let them try to ask and answer. Step2. Presentation and practice 1.

T: Please guess. 出示图片让学生猜短语：

频率副词提问用how often T: What do you do at weekends? 学习新句型并板书。

用句型I always, usually, often, sometimes …来回答。
