Teaching procedures 教学过程

Step 1 Greeting 1.欣赏公益广告《Family》

Enjoy a song 《常回家看看》

2. Say something about myself. (1). Listen, the bell is ringing.

(2). Class begins. Hello,…What subjects do you like? Why? Bobby has a toothache. What should he do? Sam has a cold. What should he do? Where do you live? How do you come to school? I like reading. What do you like doing? What do you often do at weekends? 2. Oh, I think you all have colourful and wonderful weekends. I often do housework at weekends and I think most of your parents like doing housework at weekends. Right? Do you like helping your parents? parents means father and mother.师领读2遍。

3.Now let’s play a game. You will see some pictures about doing housework. If you can do it, please stand up and tell us loudly. Now let’s start. Step 2 Presentation

Mike and his father. T: It is Saturday morning. Mike’s family are all busy. Let’s watch the cartoon and find out How many people are mentioned in the story? 看卡通，回答问题。

T: What are they doing? First, let’s find out what Mike and Helen doing in the morning/afternoon? Open your books and turn to page 50, listen to the tape and do exercise 1. Check.

3. Mike and Helen are busy. What are their family doing in the morning and in the afternoon? Read and complete the form exercise 2. Check.

4. Try to read It’s time for reading now. Let’s read after the tape. This time please read with your partner. Step 3 Consolidation 1. Try to retell the busy Saturday.
