三1 学生人数：38 学生个性化差异化分析：

三1班共38人，男生21人，女生17人。其中1人为三年级从外地转学而来，英语基础较薄弱，其余学生为实验境内班筛选考入，智商中等偏上，大部分学生学前就接触过一定的英语学习，入学后，从一年级起进行系统学习。但是由于实验的语文数学教材较之二期课改教材偏难，学生相对于花在这两门主课的时间较多。对于英语牛津教材，虽然一年级使用了4册书，但是孩子们还是比较轻松的完成了学习任务。由于他们的记忆力本身就优于普通孩子，在背诵单词方面，如果说一年级4册书的单词背诵有一定挑战，那么在二年级学习完音标后，他们背单词的能力如虎添翼，更加轻松自如。可想而知，他们在英语这一学科上所花费的时间就更少了。随之而来的普遍问题是，单词能背，语法欠缺，更开不了口。班级英语学习成绩成橄榄型分布，TOP的学生占15%（5男1女），较吃力的学生占13%（2男3女）。但不管处在哪个区间，孩子们对英语学习的兴趣不减，我始终相信，只要有正确恰当的引导，一定能使各个区间的孩子都在原有的基础上有很好的提升。

已实施的教学策略：

从卡通歌曲到流行音乐

这个班级是我从二年级开始接班的，针对二年级学生的心理特点，我从二年级起选取Little Fox中大量儿童歌曲，教孩子一起学唱，有时还编上动作，边唱边跳，他们十分喜欢。然而进入三年级后，我发现这些卡通的儿童歌曲已经让他们兴致缺缺。于是我在网上寻找一些流行励志的英语歌曲：如《疯狂动物城》主题曲“Try everything”，“I believe I can”等积极向上又朗朗上口的流行歌曲。孩子们的喜爱程度，可以从他们每周2次的英语早读上就能看出，早读还没开始，这些歌曲的音乐就已响起，边理着书包边已开唱，一个个小大人似的唱得有模有样。

谚语积累

从二年级开始，我就有意识的每周教孩子一到两句励志的英语谚语。如：No pain no gain. 一份耕耘一份收获。Well begun is half done. 好的开端是成功的一半。There’s a will there’s a way. 有志者事竟成。Respect yourself or no one will respect you. 要人尊重先自重。Rome wasn’t built in one day.冰冻三尺非一日之寒等等。这些谚语不光是英语单词句式的积累，更是教会孩子一些学习做人的道理，给予他们更多的正能量来投入到英语学习中。每一次我都是先出示英语，然后让他们根据字面意思去猜跟中文的哪句谚语匹配，有时候他们会为能答对而欣喜若狂，有时候他们则是在我公布答案后会心的点头。很多次从家长的微信中得知，孩子还会将学校里我教的英语谚语拿回去考爸爸妈妈，可见，学生对这一学习内容是相当喜欢的。

笔记从抄录模仿到自己归纳整理

从二年级接班开始，我就让学生每人准备了一本大开面的四线三格英语笔记本。实验二年级的学生已经有了很好的英语书写能力，但笔记却是一项全新的任务挑战。所以刚开始的时候，我是让他们以模仿为主。基本上是将我上课板书的重要内容能抄写到笔记本上。记录的笔规定了红笔和蓝笔，重要部分他们会模仿我用红笔在笔记本上书写标1

注。笔记的内容包括单词的音标（元音部分用红笔标识），词性，中文注释，造句，词组短语等等。到了三年级，难度开始加大。笔记从抄写的要求到了整理归纳的要求。板书不再完整的展示所有笔记内容，而是要求学生先记下关键词，而后回家自己回忆课堂内容，进行归纳整理。这样不仅培养了他们自主学习的能力，同时也很好的解决了前面提到的学生回家后在英语科目上极少花时间的问题。带着任务，不得不花费一些时间去钻研英语，又对课堂知识进行了很好的复习巩固。笔记的内容，也增加到英英注解，单词造句要求创新，尽量使用复合句。同时增加语篇，设计成完形填空，句型转换等不同形式，提升学生实战能力，毕竟“应试”不是我们想回避就能回避得了的。如今，每个孩子都有了一本“拿得出手”的，属于自己的独一无二的英语笔记本。我曾笑称，这就是你们的财富，是你们英语学习的心得与精华，如果放到网上某宝拍卖，一定生意火爆，学弟学妹们会争相竞拍的。这份自豪感也给了他们更积极完善自己英语笔记本的巨大动力。

鼓励阅读，英语故事分享，榜样带头，人人有机会上台当回小老师

三年级的学生已经有了不小的英语词汇量，但在阅读方面，大部分都仅限于教材。课外阅读的书籍基本都是中文为主。所以我在二年级下半学期开始，每周两节英语课，让出5分钟时间给学生做小老师。学生以自愿为主，我先在TOP前6的学生里做指导，让他们各自挑选一本自己阅读过的最喜欢的绘本故事书，然后扫描进电脑，做成PPT，同他们一起备课，针对故事编写3-5个问题。经过反复演练，课堂上，他们自信满满，配合PPT，将精彩的绘本故事与同学分享，然后提出QUESTION。为了调动同学们的积极性，他们还自己准备了糖果之类的小奖品，奖励给答对问题的同学。每次一人上台分享，有了他们6个的榜样作用，三周后，大家都跃跃欲试。到学期末，全班38位同学无一不自信地站到过讲台上，分享自己的阅读故事。而每次我也用手机记录下他们演讲的风采，微信给家长，让家长一起分享孩子成长的喜悦。

5.

人手一本独一无二的错题集

“犯错并不可怕，只要知道为什么错，下次遇到类似陷阱能一眼识别，不再上当，你就胜利了！”这是我经常对孩子们说的一句话。从二年级开始，这个班的孩子每人就有了一本自己的错题集，上面摘录着他们大大小小的测验考试中出现的错题。我的要求是黑笔抄题，蓝笔答题，红笔分析原因和解题思路。就像数学的解题思路一样，其实越往上学，随着英语语法知识的深入，教会孩子如何思考解题更为重要。比如一句句子中，你的错误是因为没有找到表达时间的关键词，还是因为第三人称单数忘记变化，或是时态结构没有完整。每个孩子的学习程度都有差异，所以他们出现的错题也是各不相同的。只有通过自己的分析，才能明白自己失误在哪里。而作为老师的我，也能从他们的错题集分析中了解到每个孩子欠缺在哪里，哪个知识点还有混淆，从而进行一对一的辅导，更有针对性和实效性。

借助“学多多”，大声朗读，学习美文

“哑巴英语”几乎是所有中国学生最担忧也是最容易染上的“恶疾”。实验的学生有很好的智力保障，刷题解题，不在话下。但是由于目前体制下，学校考试形式的单一，使得学生对开口说并不重视。久而久之，就只会做题，不会交流了，失去了学习语言这一交流工具最基本的初衷和用途。怎样让学生开口？利用“学多多”软件，布置录音作业，并由系统自行列出朗读得分“排行榜”，激发学生好胜心，积极开口朗读。同时，进入三年级，英语的写作有了更高的要求。除了内容切题，拼写、语法正确外，希望学生能够在遣词造句上更有追求。于是，同样利用“学多多”软件，让学生关注“酷文”，每天打开其中的一篇文章，大声朗读。每节英语课前，请一位同学朗诵美文，既是锻炼了他们的口语，同时也是在潜移默化中积累好词好句，为写作打下伏笔。
