板书课题：When is Easter?并教读。

教师出示一张日历表，问学生;Do you know how many months there are in

a year ? 学生回答：Twelve. 教师说;Yes,there are twelve months in a year .And we know January is the first month in a year.让学生理解first 的意思，出示课件，带读此单词，并拼写单词。相机板书first,在first 旁边写上“1st”.告诉学生这是first的缩写形.式

学生齐读单词，男女生比赛读，开火车读单词。

明确告知学生在月份的第几日要用序数词,读时前面要加上”the”, 同时在某月某日前要用介词on)。

4.师生互译序数词、基数词及短语singing contest,

5.句子操练：T: When is your birthday?

Ss : It’s on Oct 2nd.

T: When is singing contest?....

Ss: It’s on Jul. 1st….

6.Listen to the tape and read after it.

Step 3.合作交流：

1.小组合作：Ask and answer：(灵活运用今天所学单词和句型)

………….. 2，分别叫五名学生上台，其他同学看屏幕问：“When is …?”这五名同学抢答，答对的给予表扬并奖励。

Step4、趣味操作：

教师将单词卡片first, second, third, fourth ,fifth, one, two, three, four,

five 1st ,2nd,3rd.4th .5th,分别发给一些同学，师叫几位同学上讲台举起自己手中的卡片，

Step5、Homework：

1.在四线三格中写会first(1st),…, fifth(5th)五个序数词. 2.说一句今天才学会最感兴趣的句子。
