一、教学目标（Teaching objectives）

1. 能运用句型Where is my pencil box?

Is it on/in /under/near the desk? It’s on/in /under/near the chair. 进行对话。

2. 能听懂理解课文,并根据课文进行对话表演、创编对话。

3. 能在各种活动中学会倾听和用英语表达。

4. 培养学生善于发现、乐于创新、团结合作的品质。

（一）重点（Key points）

1. 能灵活运用in, on, under, near描述物品的位置。

2. 能听懂理解课文,并根据课文进行对话表演、创编对话。

（二）难点（Difficult points）

能正确运用疑问句：Is it in your desk?来询问某物在哪里？注意其语气语调及否定回答：No, it isn’t here.

三、教具（Teaching tools）

课件、重点句型词条、人物头饰、若干文具类用品、小组加分牌及任务卡。

四、教学过程（Teaching procedure）

Step 1 Greeting &Warming up & Review

1. Greeting

T: Good afternoon, boys and girls! Nice to see you. Ss: Good afternoon,Miss Tang! Nice to see you,too.

2. Warming up

T: Do you know this boy?(ppt出示哈利波特图片) Ss: Yes. He is Harry Potter. T: Great! Let’s watch a video about him.

T: It’s a story happened in Magic School. Welcome to the Magic School.Today you are Harry Potter and his friends. You can use wisdom, courage and cooperation to get your victory.

Hello, group 1.

3. Review

T: There are so many things in the Magic School. Let’s see.

Ss: Book, pencil, ball, ruler, schoolbag, pens, books, pencils, chair, desk, box.(学生大声说出看到的单词。) T: In the Magic School everything can move. Let’s check.

T: Where is the pencil ?

Ss: Under the chair.

设计意图：创设哈利波特在魔法学校的情景，在神秘氛围中复习介词短语：under the chair, near the desk, on the desk, in the box.

Step 2 Presentation

1. 问题导学Questions to guide

(1) Task 1---Missing and Find T: My ruler is missing in your classroom. Can you find it? （不管学生找没找到都可以使用句型：Is it in your desk?来询问，引导学生用Yes, it is. / No, it isn’t here.

来回答。）

(2) Task 2---Find the pencil box T: OK, it’s time for exam, but Harry Potter’s pencil box is lost. Let’s help him. Today we are going to learn Where Is My Pencil Box? (3) Watch the video T: First, let’s watch a video and answer the question.

Question: Where is Harry Potter’s pencil box?（多请几个学生说）

（若学生没回答出来，可再次播放视频；如果回答出来了，就拿出词条Look, it’s on my desk）

设计意图：学生在寻找MissTang”s ruler环节中，老师让学生感知Is it in your desk?的意思，并引导学生回答Yes, it is. / No, it isn’t here.

通过问题：Where is Harry Potter’s pencil box?激发学生的阅读兴趣，老师在揭晓答案时，指导学生获取文本信息的方法。

2. 自学、互学Self-study and Mutual-study (1) Self-study T: Now, let’s learn the story in details. First, read the dialogue by yourself and circle the new words. OK? 2

(2) Mutual-study a:T: Please read in groups to solve the difficult words. b:整体呈现文本，让学生代表圈出组内不能解决的地方，请其他会的同学来教。

(3) Guide learning T: Any problems? 如果学生没有问题，老师则出示本课重点句型检测学生是否真正理解。如：

设计意图：开展学生个体自学、小组互学、教师导学的教学活动，培养学生自主学习能力和解决问题的能力。

Step 3 Practice 1.

Listen and read T: Now, let’s listen and read. Pay attentin to the tone. Let’s read together.

Dub the video T: I have another challenge for you. Let’s dub the video.（PPT呈现各个角色头像，小组先分配好角色。）

分角色操练）

T: Then, practice in groups.（请两组展示）

设计意图：学生从听音跟读的机械操练过渡到有难度的视频配音活动，在活动中既培养学生正确运用语音语调的意识，又调动了学生开口说英语的兴趣。

Step 4 Extension 1.

Miss Tang’s Magic Show

T: Because of your wisdom, cooperation and courage, you are good dubbers.You know Harry Potter has magic power. Miss Tang also have magic power, too. Let me show you. T: Look, it’s a cup. This is a piece of paper. I have magic power.

T: Guess, where is the cup? 3

Team work 结合Mission Card的要求，小组合作创编对话。（Miss Tang的魔术表演激发学生思维，期待他们的精彩表演）

设计意图：老师的魔术表演，激活学生的想象力，小组合作创演，每一个孩子都能亲身体验并参与其中，培养学生创造性思维和口头表达能力，让学生在互助互学中共同进步，乐于展示，感受英语学习的乐趣。

Step 5 情感升华

(Inspiration) T: We won the football game before. You are so great. When you meet some problems, use your wisdom, courage and cooperation to overcome them. Never give up!

设计意图:哈利波特和他的朋友们是一群睿智、勇敢、团结的孩子，我们也应该像他们一样运用智慧、勇气、合作去克服生活中的困难。
