充分的自由，让学生保持学习兴趣，并且又一次给了学生巩固练习的机会

充分训练学生的听力，培养学生的阅读能力。

这个的运用，实际上是创设了英语情境。英语的口语交际正使他们达到学以致用的目的。即从模仿到替换到真正意义的应用

这样，既学习了歌曲，又使新的知识变为自己生成的东西。

字母是十分抽象、枯燥的。将具体的事物与字母教学相结，使抽象变得形象生动，同时将发音与字母教学相结合，也是在给学生渗透音标，有利于学生记忆。

延伸，在设计家庭作业的时候，我注重培养学生灵活运用知识的能力。分层次要求，鼓励学生与家长合作学习，能让每个学生都能体验成功。
