1．西方人的早餐一般是冷牛奶、玉米燕麦等谷物膨化片和面包片,再加上一杯纯果汁或咖啡。传统的西方人喜欢早早起来,淋浴净身后,伴着灿烂的阳光在餐桌上一边吃早餐一边看报纸。整个过程大概要30分钟—60分钟左右，慢悠悠地享受完早起的清闲,
