Grammar time教学语法知识。
Grammar time 板块主要呈现了现在进行时的一般疑问句以及肯定否定回答;there be 句型呈现了可数名词和不可数名词的用法。
Set objectives:
1.能初步了解故事的主要内容并尝试运用阅读策略自主解构故事文本。
2.能够正确运用现在进行时的一般疑问句及其回答。
3.能够通过小组游戏环节,培养与同学合作的意识;
4.通过教师创设的情境应用理解,提高对语篇的阅读能力,进一步提高学生听、说、读、写综合语言运用能力。
Teaching important and difficult points: 1.能熟练运用句型现在进行时态的一般疑问句进行对话。
The design concept:
本课时的设计理念是遵循学生身心发展的规律,在学生英语语法的学习过程中,通过情境的创设,提供一顿充满趣味的语法大餐。同时提高学生沟通和小组合作能力,增进学生跨文化的交际能力,形成正确的科学观,人生观,价值观。
Design ideas:
本课时主要围绕现在进行时的一般疑问句等句型展开的一节情境式英语语法课,通过听、说、读、写等活动的设计,让学生在真实的语境中学习英语,突出“以学生为主体”的教学思想,能让学生做到学以致用,激发了学生学习英语的兴趣,体会到学习英语的乐趣,为学生的终身学习打下良好的基础。
Teaching aids: Cards, plates and PPT
Teaching procedures: Step 1.Warm up T: Hello boys and girls,you can call me Miss Sun. I’m so glad to be your new teacher today. Let’s do something fun together first! Everybody stand up. Ss: (stand up, listen to the music “What are you doing?” and do the actions )
设计意图:热身是课堂教学重要的形式之一。借班上课,以一首轻松的歌曲缓减学生课前的
紧张情绪。同时激发学生兴趣,营造英语的学习氛围,同时采用what are you doing?复习旧知并为新知学习做好铺垫。
Step 2.Review T:You have done a very good job, thank you! First, let’s have a review. Do you remember What’s he/she doing? S: He/She is ...ing.
T: Yes, so many nice food. So we can say Liu Tao's father and mother are great cooks.(电话铃声)
设计意图:由学生熟悉的Story time出发,复习上个单元语法重点现在进行时的特殊疑问句,
体验成功的喜悦。并由电话铃声引出本节课情境设计出的新人物刘涛的阿姨Mary。
Step 3. Lead in T: Who is calling? Do you want to know?
S: Yes, I do. T: Oh, aunt Mary is calling. She is also a great cook! Let’s listen, what is she speaking. S: (listen and answer) T: So, there is a big lunch in aunt Mary’s home tomorrow. Let’s go! T: (show aunt Mary’s house)Now, here we are! Look, what a beautiful house! Before we knock at the door, can you guess : What is aunt Mary doing, now? I guess first. Is she running in the park? Hmm, maybe. Who can guess? S: (Is she ... ?)(Aunt Mary 说话,揭晓谜底
) T: So, actually, what is she doing? S: She is washing the vegetables. She wants to cook some tomato soup. T: Mary is cooking. We should wait a minute. So we can sit in the living room now.
设计意图:创设情境去Mary家,路上用TPR的形式复习现在进行时的陈述句,并初步感受新
知:现在进行时的一般疑问句。以语音形式,结合听说两种形式帮助学生理解以及进入情境。
激活学生已有的知识储备,调动学生的求知欲望和学习兴趣,为下面故事的学习埋下伏笔。
Step 4. Practice S: (Listen to the sound) T: Aunt Mary is busy. Let’s eat some fruit and play a game!
rules: First, write any Present Progressive sentence you like.
Then, tell others the subject. Others use the sentence like this to guess.
There are 3 chances, or you can ask him/her together “What is/are ... doing?”.
If you can guess correctly, you may help Mary with the dishes. S: (play the game) T: OK, now, who wants to share your sentence? You should tell others your subject first. T: Sorry, no he/she isn’t. / Yes! Brilliant! Amazing! That’s great! Terrific! Wonderful!
设计意图:由于Mary正在忙,同学们一边吃点水果一边做个游戏。语法知识直接讲解学生很
难理解和掌握,我通过采用学生喜爱的游戏、竞赛来调动学生的参与性和积极性,使原本枯燥的语法知识在学生面前变得容易理解和掌握。学生在边学边玩中掌握和运用了本课的语法
知识。
Step 5. Summary T: Dinner is ready! So many nice food! Can you tell me what’s on the table? S: There is/are ... .
设计意图:由于是学生已掌握内容,此处安排为带学生简单复习一下5上Unit 1 已详细学习
的there be句型。
T: Wow! I can’t wait. Please take out your plate. Let’s enjoy! S: (Say the chant with the plate.)
T: (揉肚子)hmm. After the meal, aunt Mary has a question for you. During this day, what can you find? S: (总结现在进行时的肯定句及一般疑问句规律)
T: Oh, just now, I have found a big secret. Under these plates, there are some words. Can you make a sentence like this?
S: (各造两个句子) T: I have some cards here. Can you make the right order of them?
设计意图:学生由今日所遇见的句子中自主讨论,归纳总结出本单元的语法结构,形成清晰
Step 6. Extension
的现在进行时感念。同时菜盘底单词为课堂制造一些惊喜,在学生能够总结出不同句型的规则之后,可以试着用黑板上的乱序单词检测是否完全掌握已学句型。
T: I’m so full. Let’s go to the farm and have some fun. OK? Now, let’s enjoy a picture book. S: (欣赏语音绘本) T: How beautiful. Now, please take out your pictures. Talk about it. You can ask and answer with each other.
设计意图:由本单元主题的餐厅内拓展延伸到房屋外,由课堂内延伸至生活中。学生通过一
定量的练习能够在最后的拓展环节自主运用现在进行时的陈述句以及一般疑问句及其回答描
述身边的事物,增强了学生学习英语、说英语的自信心,增强学生语言运用能力。
