教学内容:Unit 6 Work quietly! Part C Story time

教学目标:

1、学生能在图片和教师的帮助下理解故事内容,能够朗读并表演故事。

2、培养学生自主学习、合作学习的能力。根据学生情况,分层次教学,鼓励优秀学生能表演故事,要求一般学生能朗读故事。

3、提醒学生注意遵守行为规范,比如保持安静、保持环境干净等,培养学生的规则意识。

教学重点:

学生能理解故事内容,并朗读故事,表演故事。

教学难点:

通过图片和上下文理解生词film, gorilla, popcorn, noise, exciting和sign的意思。

教具:课文flash动画视频、PPT课件

学具:制作的动物头饰和相关的道具、每人一张“Retell the story”的练习纸

教学过程:

Step 1 Warming up

1. Free talk&Review.

T: Boys and girls, how are you today?

Ss: I’m fine, thank you. And you?

T: Very well, thanks. What’s the weather like today?

Ss:It’s rainy and windy/...

T: What are you doing now?

Ss: We are having English class.

T: Yes. Today let’s learn about “Unit6 C Story time”.(板书课题) Look at the robot(呈现图片),what is it doing?

S1: It is reading a book. (以同样的方式复习dancing, reading a book 等)

2. Lead-in

T: Good job. They are doing different things. What about Zoom and Z ip? Let’s go to have a look.

Step 2 Presentation

1. 呈现story time的六幅图画,问:What’s the story about?让学生进行猜测。

2.请学生完整观看一遍故事视频,然后勾选出正确的答案。

T: Who do you see? S1: Zip, Zoom and tiger.

T: Where are Zoom and Zip? S2: They’re in the cinema.

T: Good. What are they doing?

S3: They’re watching a film. (板书film, 并教学生读单词)

3. 教师呈现故事第1幅和第2幅图片,问学生:

T:What’s the film about?

S1:It’s about a gorilla.(教师板书gorilla,并带读。)

T: What is the gorilla doing?

S2: It’s eating a banana.

4. 教师呈现故事第4幅和第5幅图片,问学生:The film is very good. But why are the tiger and the rabbit not happy?

学生根据看过的故事情节和呈现的这两张图片进行猜测:Maybe Zoom and Zip are not quiet. / Because Zoom is eating.

5. 再次播放一遍故事视频,然后请学生说出确切的答案。

S1:Because Zoom is eating popcorn.

S2: Zoom and Zip are making noise.

S3:Zoom and Zip are talking, too.

教师及时给予评价,然后请学生跟着教师朗读,并理解单词noise, popcorn, exciting的意思,并板书。

6. 呈现最后一张图片,问学生:

T:Now Zoom and Zip are quiet. But what happens next?

引导学生回答:It’s not clean.

T: Yes, Zoom makes the cinema very dirty. The popcorn is everywhere. What is the sign about on the wall?(板书sign,帮助学生理解意思,并带读。)

学生根据图片回答:Keep clean.

7. 最后播放一遍故事视频,学生模仿朗读,注意语音语调。

Step 3 Practice

1. 全班朗读。

2. 男女生分角色朗读。

3. Role-play.

小组(六人为一组)内分角色表演故事。先在小组内练习,然后选几组在全班展示表演。

Step 4 Production

1.Retell the story.

Zoom and Zip are watching a film. It’s so ____.The gorilla is ______. What is the gorilla doing? It’s ___ ___. It’s so ___and______. Zoom and Zip are talking about the film. They should ___ ____(小声说话). What’s that noise? Zoom is ____ ______(吃爆米花).Look at the sign. It says ____ _____(保持干净). 2. What should we do in public? Say out more signs.

S1: No eating.

S2: No photos.
