二、设计思路

（一）教材分析

This is the last class in unit 3. The topic of unit 3 is about body parts and feelings. After talking about the expression of body parts and height, the relationship between colors and feelings, the expression of seeing a doctor, this class introduces how to describe the appearance.

（二）学情分析

Students are familiar with this topic and eager to describe their acquaintances.

学法分析：

Teacher need help students to practice their ability of listening, speaking, reading and writing. This lesson

can be taught by using pictures and videos.

三、教学目标

1. Language Objectives (知识目标)

Grasp some important words and sentences.(掌握一些重点单词及短语) (1) words: different, cute, funny, twelve, thirteen, blond, good-looking, glass, almost (2) sentences: What does he/she look

like? She/he looks cool/cute/funny/different. She/he is ...

Students are able to describe the appearance of people in their own words.
