Unit 3 Bank or Beach (第二课时)教学设计

一、学情分析

本课的教学对象是四年级的学生，学生的平均年龄为10岁左右，他们已经形成了一定的认知能力。此年段的学生活泼积极，表现欲较强，大部分学生的学习英语积极性较高，课堂氛围比较活跃，具有一定的自主学习和语言综合运用能力，但还没有养成将所学的语言运

用到实际的生活中的良好习惯。

二、内容分析

本节课的教学内容是粤人民版英语四年级下册Unit 3的第二课时story，在学习本课之前，学生们已经接触并掌握了八个公共场合的单词、询问他人计划去哪里的问句及答语。本节课主要要求学生能运用这些句型在不同的情景中灵活运用。

三、教学目标

1. 语言知识目标：

巩固第一课时学习的八个公共场所的单词、词组；复习句型Where are you going?及其回答和句型Are you going to the ...?及其回答

2. 能力目标：

通过学习，能听懂story的内容，并能回答有关的问题，就故事内容进行复述和表演,并进行扩展短文写作，提高综合能力

3. 情感态度目标：

多看看世界，学会合理安排时间

六、教学过程

Step 1 Warming up 1.

greeting and free talk T: Good morning! Boys and girls! Ss: Good morning! Miss Xie. T: Today I want to introduce my friend to you. He is a frog. His name is David. He likes travling. Look! These are the postcards he sent back to me. Wow! He has been to many places. T:

David wants to play a game with you. Do you like games?

Ss: Yes! (设计意图：引用时兴的手游“旅行青蛙”引出话题，吸引学生的兴趣) 2.

play a game: sharp eyes (review the words of places) T：David wants to know who has the sharp eyes. He will show his postcards to you. But he just shows a small part of it. You guess where is David. (设计意图:以游戏的方式，通过展示旅行青蛙的明信片，让学生复习第一课时的单词和词组)

Step 2 Lead in 1.

finish the information from the WeChat messages between David and Miss Xie T: David and I talk about my Friday plan. We use the WeChat. Let’s see what we talk about. T: Later we had the vioce messages. Let’s listen together and try to get the information ahout my plan. （设计意图：引用微信，通过展示青蛙David和教师的聊天记录，让学生复习第一课时的句型；引用微信语音功能，让学生获取教师周五的计划，此处训练了学生听力）

Step 3: Presentation 1.

Task 1: watch and answer

(Let students watch the video and answer two questions of the story) (1)

Where are they going? (设计意图：初听，感知。让学生边看课本动画，边听课文录音，使学生熟悉课文声音；通过调动学生眼看、耳听等多种感官系统共同感知，达到初听理解；让学生带着问题听录音，可以让他们的注意力高度集中，听的效果更好) 2.

Task 2: fill in the blanks and try to recite the story by looking through the pictures of the story

(出示公园的图片) T：This is the new park in Jiangmen. The most important thing is that everything here is free. You don’t have to pay. You just play. What can we do in the park?(出示三张活动图片) Ss: We can ride a bike. We can fly a kite. We can eat some food. （设计意图：拓展课外活动词组) T：Let’s look at the plan B. Do you know which city is it. Ss: It’s Guangzhou! T: This is the Canton Tower. We can go on it. There is a sky wheel. There are four restaurants, too. （展示图片，依次向学生介绍广州图书馆、天河购物中心和广州美食）

Great! Everyone has a wonderful vacation plan. I think you will have a good time during your vacation! （设计意图：把故事的学习转化成笔头训练，再以头口复述的形式展示，强化了学生对词汇和句型的认读写能力，做到了知识的迁移）
