Warming up

1. Greetings. 2. Listen, say and do. （Let’s chant） T: How many days are there in a week? Ss: There are seven days in a week. T: What are they? Ss: They are Sunday, … T: I often climb the mountain on Saturday or Sunday. What do you often do on the weekend? …. 3. Teach and read the words (often, weekend) with the sentence: I do exercise on Monday. I fly a kite on Tuesday. And I often see a film on Wednesday. I often swim on Thursday. I often do some washing and climb the mountain on the weekend. Lead in 1. Ss can read, say and talk the words of often and weekend in group. For example: I often watch TV on Tuesday. 2. Ss can look and say with the key structures:

Presentation 1. Listening to the radio , then read and repeat more.(Let’s talk) 2. Group work: read, say, talk and act the dialogue in let’s talk. 3.
