Module 3 Interpersonal Relationships-Friendship (外研2003版高二英语选修第三单元第三课时) 读写课，1课时（40分钟）

教学目标:

1、Knowledge and Skills 1) Train and develop the students’ writing skills.

2) Enable the students to master the ability of writing. 3) Train and develop the students’ speaking skills.

4) Train and develop the students’ listening skills.

5). Train and develop the students’ communicating skills.

2、Process and Methods 1) Make the students know the purpose of the period. 2). Train the students’ listening ability by designing some activities.

3) Make them discuss in class through organizing some practice activities. 4) Individual work, pair work as well as group work to get every student to participate in class. 5).Discussion to help the students prepare for writing. 6) Explanation to make the students master the useful expressions and some sentence structures for showing their opinions 3.Emotion and Values Try to raise the students’ awareness of the importance of friends and try to solve problems among friends.

Try to raise the students’ cooperation awareness in their study by pair work or group work. Through organizing them to take an active part in class, help them deepen the love for their teachers and their classmates, which will make the relationship between teachers and students more harmonious. Instruct the students to study in daily life by using English as a tool o

f study. Advocate the students’ interest in writing English compositions.
