一、教学内容与分析

1. Just practise

本部分结合生动形象的图片,给学生提供了更多运用语言的机会,主要学习和练习表达姓名、年龄、国家或地区的几种说法。旨在巩固练习上一课出现的核心表达方式,扩展词汇。

本课重点词汇:Ben, Betty, Bill, Britain, Australia, New Zealand;

重点句子结构:I’m Bob. I’m eleven. I come from Britain.

2. Just write

本部分要求学生能够听、说、认读、书写的单词为:hello, hi, I, am,句子为:I’m Bob. I’m eleven.

3. Let’s act

本部分设计的是“儿童奥运会”,来自中国和英国、澳大利亚等英语国家的小运动员,相互介绍认识的情景。通过创设真实典型的情景,完成语言交流让学生在轻松愉快的气氛中,以小组活动的方式自然运用所学知识,提高语言运用和交际能力。

4. Let’s chant

注意观察、感知、学习字母b在单词中的位置和发音/b/,并注意学习其正确读音。二、课前准备

1. 准备相关国家国旗图片,作为评价工具。

2. 准备本课国家单词卡片,引导学习。

3. 在黑板上准备好四线格,方便板书四会单词和句子结构。

4. 准备教学课件。

三、教学步骤与建议

一、. 热身/复习(Warm-up / Revision)

1) 师生问好。

2) Free talk: What’s your name? How old are you? Where are you from?

3) 让学生齐唱两首歌曲,Where are you from? 在音乐中激活学生对Where are you from? I’m from China. How old are you? I’m seven.等表达方式的记忆,为本课

学习做好铺垫。

4) 展示上节课的拓展活动的成果,学生拿着自己喜欢或崇拜人的图片,根据查到的信息,用第一人称介绍,如:I’m Yao Ming. I’m 33.1 come from China.

二、. 新课呈现(Presentation)

1、出示贝克汉姆的图片,引入话题呈现情景。Today, we will make many friends. T: Who is he? What does he do?

S:He is David Beck ham.He is a football player.

T:Where does he come from?

S: He is from Britain.

2、学习新词汇Britain.

1)Look! This is Ben.(出示Ben的图片和英国国旗图片)Where does he come from? S: He is from Britain.

T: How old is he? Let’s listen.

S: He is ten.

拼读Britain.

学生扮演Ben做自我介绍。

2)Chant

3)操练句型I’m Ben. I’m Ben. I come from Britain.

3、学习新词汇Australia。

Look at this girl. Who is she? How old is she? Where is she from? Let’s listen.学生通过听录音寻找答案。She is Betty. She is eleven. She is from Australia.展示澳大利亚国旗,学习单词Australia。

4、学习新词汇New Zealand。出示新西兰国旗,问Is this Australia? Where is it?学生通过观察国旗,区分其中的不同,顺势教学New Zealand。出示Bill的图片, T: This boy is from New Zealand. What else do you want to know about him?

可让学生对Bill的图片提问,What’s your name? How old are you?通过“人机对话”的表演形式让学生了解Bill的信息,并扮演Bill进行自我介绍。

4、学习探索,注意发现国家类单词的特点。

T: Look at these country names. Britain, Australia, New Zealand. The first letter is …S: Big letter.

T: Yes. We call it capital letter.

三、. 趣味操练(Practice)

1) Let’s talk. T: We have had many new friends. Now, can you introduce yourself to them? First, let’s fill in the blanks in P3. And then introduce yourself.完成第三页图4 2) Let’s chant.

Let’s sing a chant together.And let’s feel the pronunciation of the letter B.

完成学生用书P4的歌谣,学习、练习、感知字母b在单词中的发音/b/。然后,请学生想一想,说一说含有字母b的单词,进一步感知练习/b/的发音。

四、语言运用(Language use)

场景设置:Our Childre n’s Olympic Game begins. 4个同学一组,每个同学轮流做自我介绍,要根据自己手中的国旗来说国家。

语言支持:

Hi. Hello. Good morning.

I’m ... I’m ten. I come from …

Welcome!

五、. 课堂评价(Assessment)

1) 课堂教学过程中的评价。

课堂教学中,老师们可将代表相应不同国家的标志性建筑或物品图片制作成小卡片,作为评价道具,检测对国家词汇和自我介绍语言的掌握情况。

2)动手制作人物卡片,然后向大家介绍。人物可以是朋友,也可以是名人。卡片内容包括姓名、年龄、国籍、爱好等。检测学生表达和书写上述有关内容的能力。题目中提供了一个例子:电脑大王比尔·盖茨。

六、拓展活动(Extended activities)

查找本课学习的国家首都、著名建筑和代表性动物,下节课进行交流。
