Welcome to our farm 1教学目标

1. 知识目标:能听、说、认读单词:cow, horse, pig, sheep, farm,并熟悉这cow, horse, pig, sheep四个单词的复数形式。

技能目标:初步熟悉”Welcome to our farm, we have ...”,为以后的交际活动做铺垫。

情感目标:积极倡导学生关爱小动物。

2新设计

1. 新授之前,通过动物的叫声猜测对应的动物,进而激发学生的兴趣。

2. 将所学的几个单词归类于animal-动物(拓展单词),让学生有个归类的概念。

3学情分析

本节课的授课学生是四年级的学生,他们应经掌握了一定量的动物类单词,如giraffe, tiger, lion, elephant, dog, cat等,应经初步感知到名词的单数、复数形式。能区别使用句型“What’s this/ that”

“This/That is...”与“What are these/those”

“These/Those are...”进行问答。所以本节课重点学习单词cow, horse, pig, sheep, farm,并初步感知句型“What animals do you have”

“We have...”。因为四年级的学生年龄偏小、注意力较容易分散,教师在课堂主要通过卡片、表演、声音、单词小游戏、将单词放进句子里等方式来激发他们的语言学习兴趣,加深5个单词的记忆。

4重点难点

1. 能够流畅、迅速认出并准确读出单词cow, horse, pig, sheep, farm。

I 、Teaching Aims: 1、Be able to listen,say, recognize the words: sheep, cow, pig,and horse. And can recognize the plural form of the words. 2、Be able to say the sentences: “Do you have horses? ”“Yes, I do. ”“No, I don’t. ”“What animals do yo have?”“

I have 21 horses.”

and so on. 3、To cultivate the children’

interesting of learning English. II 、Focus Points and Difficult Points: 1、Let the children to speak the words and the sentences, 2、Let the children to have the conversions by themselves. III 、Teaching Steps: Step 1、To share the story; “Uncle MacDonald has a big farm, but One night, a thief came into the farm, and stole all of the animals. So uncle MacDonald Uncle MacDonald is so sad and angry !And he said: Who stole my animals?”

And then, the police ask for the neighbors( the students) to help the uncle MacDonald find the animals.

Step 2: Have the conversions between the teacher and the students. “

Do you have horses?”“ Yes, I do.”“No, I don’t. ”“What animals do yo have? ”“ I have 21 horses.” and so on.

Step 3: Have the conversions between the students and the students. “

Do you have horses?”“ Yes, I do.”“No, I don’t. ”“What animals do yo have?”“ I have 21

horses.” and so on.

Step 4: Read the sentences which on the blackboard, and then invite the students to have the conversions on the podium. Step5: Practice the knowledge that we have learn today by themselves.
