一、Warm up

T:Good morning, children!

Students:Good morning, Miss He!

(Teacher asks some students:

T:Hello! What’s your name? How are you feeling? Nice to meet you!)

二、Presentation

T: Do you know him? Yes, he is Toby. What does he do this week?

(一)On Monday:Count off

(Review the numbers from 11-20 & the phrases.)

1、T: On Monday, Toby has a PE class. They count off. Can you count off?

T: Let’s count off from one to twenty. Then from one again. As quickly as you can.

T: At the same time, you must remember your numbers.Just like this.(Set an example:What’s your number?)

T: Begin!

(Students count off.)

2、T:What’s your number?

T:All the number eleven,please stand up.

All the number sixteen please.Close your eyes.

(Teacher says and students mime.)

3、T: OK, your turn. Take out your worksheet and look at Task1. Work in pairs and practise. Then choose one student to say the sentences and others do actions.((Set an example)

(Students practice for 2minutes. Then act it in class.)

4、T: You’ve done a good job. But I have a problem. I can write numbers from one to ten.But I can't spell the numbers from eleven to twenty. Can you help me? Please take out your worksheet . And Finish task 2,write numbers and then find the spelling rules.

(Students write for 3minutes.)

5、T: Let’s check the answers. Please spell them.

T: How can I remember them? Can you find the spelling rules to help me to remember them?

T: Yeah, I can spell four. So I just add “teen” at the end of the word. Thank you.(The same: sixteen, seventeen,nineteen) (二)On Tuesday: A guessing game.

(Review the words and sentences about feelings.)

T: On Tuesday, Toby plays a guessing game.Now I need some

student to help me.

(Ask five students to mime the actions.Other students guess.) T: How is he feeling?

S1:He is angry.

T: How are you feeling?

S2: I am angry.

T: Please stick it on the board.

T: Can you spell angry?

(The same with: happy, sad, tired, scared. Then find the spelling rules.)

(三)On Wednesday: Toby goes to the KTV.

T: Can you sing the song?Please sing it with him.

T: This is Toby 's song.Now,I want to sing my song. Can you sing it?

(Read the sentences and then sing the song.)

(四)On Thursday: Mike’s birthday party

T: Toby and his friends come to Mike’s birthday party. What happened? Let's listen and draw the faces.

(Listen and draw.)

T: How is Mike feeling?

S3: He is happy.

(Check the answers like this.)

(五)On Friday:Toby has a wechat with his friends.

1、T: What do they talk about? Let's look.

First please circle the days of the week.

2、Then underline the things they do.

3、At last please guess how are they feeling?

4、Now, please write the sentences on your worksheet. Then please read it in your groups.

(六)Emotion

T: Sometimes we are happy, sometimes we are sad. Sometimes we are scared. Sometimes we are angry. Sometimes we are tired. But in a world of life is colorful, so we should enjoy our life,and be happy.

T: Please finish the text on Page54.
