教学过程:
Step one: Warming-up. 1.Sing a song “one two three four five”
2.T: Look at this, this is a ……?Ss: fish (Draw a fish on the blackboard. 3.act fish and say. 4. T: Which animal likes fish? (Cat) Two cats are looking at the fish. How many fish can they see? Listen and answer. 5. Listen and say. Step two: Lead-in. 1.T:The cats like fish. I like birds. Do you like birds? Ss: Yes. T: A girl and a boy find so many birds. Where are the birds? Let’s listen. Step three: New-learning. 1.
Listen and say “Where are the birds?” learn tree(draw a picture) 2.
Listen, say and answer “How many birds?”
Learn “so many birds”(PPT shows many pictures to learn so many. 3.
Listen and answer “How many green birds?”

Let the Ss try to ask questions. 5.

Show pictures then read in roles. 7.

Show time. Step four: Extending. 1.Let’s chant(PPT)
2.Play a game(Who can ask?) Show many color pictures about animals fruits and so on. Then the Ss try to ask in pairs and in groups. 2.Guessing game A: How many fingers/pencils/books? B: Let’s count. Five fingers. Step five: Summary. The teacher asks the students to sum up first, then the teacher makes up. Step six: Homework. 1. Listen to the tape and imitate. 2. Play a game with parents “How many?”
