Show the analysis of capacity requirements of cloze reading comprehension in college entrance examination . Make the Ss realize it is most important to them. If we want to improve our skills , we must obey them. And then say out the basic rules that we have learned together.

Show the rules and some examples. Guide the students to use them . According to the rules, do some exercises. Collect the answers from the whole class. And then I will show my opinions. Make the Ss clear about the rules and at the same time think about the way how to use it perfectly.Help them understand further how to finish it well and make some preparations for their reading. (find the words that they didn’t know in the text.)Lead in the next part. Activity 2. Improve reading

I will give away their exercises that they have finished,let them improve it in group . Make them feel the rules in practice.

You are really wise persons. Come on ,it’s your turn. Ss will finish it again individually or with their partners following the rules. Teacher will walk around the class and help students if necessary. They can finish a part or all of it. Exchange their ideas in group of four or two. Correct some mistakes if any with the help of each other and find out the best answers that you think of. Let some students assess them in front of the class. Ⅲ
