The topic of this unit is wildlife protection. The passage is about Daisy’s magical experience taken by a flying carpet to three places and met three endangered species. The structure is clear. However, it’s no easy for students to get the main idea of each paragraph. The major problem for students in Class 16 is insufficient vocabulary. What’s worse, they can’t choose proper reading strategies for different types of questions. Therefore, some activities are designed to improve their locating and reasoning ability. 语言能力
