Unit 6 How’s the weather today?

教学目标:

1.语言能力:

(1)能听、说、认、读单词rainy、cloudy、sunny、windy、snowy并认识所对应的天气图标。

(2)能运用句型“ How’s the weather today?.”进行提问,并作出相应回答It’s…

(3)能将五个天气图标与单词进行匹配

2.学习能力:

能通过自然拼读法对新单词进行自学,通过看、听、说、读多种活动提升对语音的表达能力,同时在有趣的多种活动中保持对英语学习的兴趣。

3.文化意识:

渗透文化意识,让学生了解外国文化——英国人最爱讨论天气

采用自主学习、小组合作等方式,培养学生团队合作意识

教学重点:

能听、说、认、读本课重点词汇

能够运用How’s the weather today?进行提问,并用It’s ….进行表达

能将五个天气图标与单词进行匹配

(1)准确掌握单词rainy与snowy的读音

(2)能对各地天气进行播报

教具准备: 准备重点词汇单词卡片、重点句型、天气图标转盘、小组评价表、PPT 教学过程:

Step 1 : Warm-up 1.

Greetings T: Good morning, boys and girls. Nice to see you again. Ss: Nice to see you again. 2.

Devide小组分组

T: Before class, I will divide you into 8 groups. You should try your best to go up the stair and you can get the present. Ready? Ss: Go, go, go.

Let’s sing together----How is the weather? T: Now, let’s sing a song together.(播放歌曲)

T:Wow, you did a very good work. Now, clap for yourselves. One, two, three, four, five. Step 2: Presentation

T: Today, there is a new friend comes. Let’s have a look.(播放播报员录音) T: Oh, she’s a weather reporter. Let’s see this word.

(PPT呈现weather让学生自然拼读,再听音检测并跟读) 播放播报员录音:Do you want to be a weather reporter? Yes or no? Ss: Yes.

自然拼读法拼读四个单词(一分钟自主拼读)

T: In the first step, you should spell these words in 1 minute.(计时1分钟) Sunny.自主学习,听音检测

T出示单词卡片:It’s sunny.(引出句子It’s…)

抽个别读

cloudy,自主学习,听音检测,大小声操练,
