Step1.Warm up 1.Today we will learn Unit 4 Seeing the doctor.Can you say some words about body? 2.arm,feet,mouth.... 3.OK,look at the computer,I point you say.

Step2.Presentation and practice.

1. Su Hai and Mike are ill . Let watch the cartoon and see what’s wrong with them?

Q1. What’s wrong with Su Hai?

Q2. What’s wrong with Mike?

2. Learn Su Hai’s illness.

Listen and match. Listen to the tape and match the doctor’s suggestion to Su Hai. Learn the phrase: “take some medicine”.

3. Students learn Mike’s illness by themselves. Discuss in groups and write down the dentist’s suggestion. Learn “dentist”, “brush your teeth”, ”eat too many sweets”. 4. Activity: practice with groups. 5. Imitate the text.

Step3. Consolidation. 1.

Read by yourselves and finish the exercise .

2. Choose one of the paragraph and act.

3. Finish the exercise on student’s book. Then try to retell the story.

4. Watch a story and say something about it.
