一、教学目标：

1. 学生能了解一些有关圣诞节的知识和祝福语。

2、学生能熟练运“Christmas, present, Christmas tree, Father Christmas, pretty, thing, Christmas Eve, stocking, wait for, finally”等核心词汇和“Merry Christmas!”“What’s wrong with…”等重点句型。

3、引导学生初步感知“First/Next/Then/Finally,…”一系列表示先后顺序的副词结构，提升学生语言的逻辑思考能力。

4、能灵活运用buy, put 等动词及短语描述圣诞节的有关活动和习俗。

5、学生能复述课文内容，并以此为基础计划一下自己的圣诞节该如何过。

二、目标制定依据：

1、教材分析：

本单元的话题是圣诞节。圣诞节是西方国家的传统节日，就像中国人过纯洁一样，圣诞节的氛围影响这每一位人。本板块主要描述了在圣诞来临之际，Mike和家人一起准备和庆祝圣诞节的一系列活动。按时间顺序，课文分别展示了购买圣诞树和圣诞礼物、装扮圣诞树、在平安夜将长筒袜放置在床头以及圣诞日吃大餐等多个场景。教学重难点是让学生能数练运用圣诞相关的词汇和句型，以及让学生感知时间先后的副词结构：First/Next/Then/Finally.... 2、学情分析：

本单元的教学内容贴近学生的生活，具有趣味性和文化性。本班大部分学生学习积极性较高，思维比较活跃，也擅于表达，但也有一部分学生学习态度不够端正，在学习中有畏难情绪，还有一部分学生羞于口头表达，教师将设置一些小组合作活动，使得每一位学生都有参与课堂学习、思考和表达的机会，通过小组合作使学生能进行较为准确的综合语言的输出，以此提升学生的综合语言运用能力。
