Teaching content:Story time
Teaching aims:
a. 能听懂、会读、会说单词:parent, clean, cook, sweep, busy, wash .
b. 能听懂、会读、会说日常用语:What are you doing? What is he/she doing? 及回答。
c. 能正确的理解并朗读课文,在教师的引导和帮助下尝试复述课文内容。

Step 1 Pre-reading
Free talk: What day is it today?
It is warm today. Let’s exercise our bodies together.
Stand up, brush teeth, turn left, turn right.
Hey, boy, what are you doing now?
Oh, he is eating fruit now. (现实例举,让学生初步体会,感知现在进行时。)
What should we say to him:Don’t eat fruit in class.
Thank you. You can eat it after class. Look,聚光灯效果,what’s Mike doing ? He is cleaning the car. What’s his father doing now? He is cleaning the car too. He is helping his father. Step 2 While-reading 1.
What about Mike’s family? Who are they? Let’s watch and answer. They are Mike’s mother,Helen, Tim, Jim and Ben the dog. They are at home.
2. Mike’s father and Mike are cleaning the car on Saturday morning.
What about his family? Read the passage on page48 and match them.
Helen is sweeping the floor.
Tim and Ben are sleeping.
Mike’s mother is cooking breakfast.
Teach: sweep the floor; cook breakfast 2.
They are busy in the morning. What are they doing in the afternoon?
