总目标：本单元继续扩大学生谈论日常生活所需的词汇，

其中以朋友颜色和更多的教室实物为重点。本单元结束时，学生将完成所有英语字母的学习，以便能够进行英语拼写和认读。

具体目标：1. 学生能正确认读和书写字母：Aa—Zz，

并了解它们在单词中的读音。

2. 学生能听懂、会说和认读下列词汇：

Friend, window, red, yellow, blue, green, orange, brown, white, black.

3. 学生能理解下列指令并做出相应反应：

look, point, show, sit, stand.

1. Greet my class by saying Good morning! The students should reply Good morning! Use your alphabet poster to point to the letters A-J. say each letter aloud and ask the class to repeat after you. You might ask for examples of things that begin with each of these letters. If there are no volunteers, you can give an example for each letter.

2. Tell the students that today, they will learn to recognize some more letters in the English alphabet. They will also learn the phrases for opening and closing various items.

3. Letters

Introduce the letters: Kk、Ll、Mm、Nn,, point out the letters Kk、Ll、Mm、Nn on your alphabet chart. Say each letter aloud. Show the flash cards with pictures of Kite, lake, mouth, nose. As you show the cards, point out the letter that begins each word. Say the letter and the word aloud. Emphasize the beginning sound of each word.

Ask the class to name letters as you point to them, in mixed-up order, on the alphabet poster.

Ask four volunteers to come forward. Hold up one of the flash cards and as what is this? Students should be able to give you the correct answer. If not, do not worry. Simply give the answer and ask the volunteer to repeat after you.

Open and close

Introduce the new words: window,

door, open,

close

and the new phrases: open the … close the …

Go to the window. Point to it and say the word WINDOW. Go to another window and do the same thing. When you feel the students understand the word, ask them to repeat it after the teacher.

Do the same thing for DOOR. Practice these two objects. You can even stick a flash card on the

Now, open the window. As you do this, be sure to say open the window. Repeat and ask the students to repeat after you. Do this as many times as you must until you feel the students understand the concept of open. Repeat with the door. Open it and say open the door.

Do this and ask for repetition from the students. Repeat at the door. Close it and say close the door.

Listen to the tape

Teacher plays the audiotape and asks students to listen and follow the tape.

Praise the students for their efforts today. Remind them of how hard they are working, and be sure to tell them not to be discouraged. All you ask is that they do their best and they offer to participate.
