五年级下册Unit2 How dou you come to school? (Story time) 一、教学目标：

1、能听懂、会说、会读bike，bus, plane, ship, taxi，train，metro等交通工具类单词。

2、能初步运用句型How do/ does …come to school? 及回答：及其应答I… by/ on …。

3、能正确、流利地朗读并理解故事。

4、学生能在理解的基础上复述故事。

二、教学重点：

1、能正确、流利地朗读并理解故事。

2、能初步运用所学的单词和句型交流。

三、教学难点：

正确运用第三人称复述课文。

四、教学过程：

Step1 Greeting T：Good morning. What day is it today? What’s the weather like today? Which season is it now? What can we do in spring? Step2 Presentation 1、Check the phrases in groups. Help each other. Phrases: by bike/bus/plane/ship/taxi/train/metro on foot 2、T: I come to school by car. How do you come to school? Ss: I come to school on foot/…

3、Ask and answer in pairs. 4、Watch cartoons and then match : (P18)How do they come to school? He/She comes to school by …/on foot.

5、Read and find the answers: Where do they live? 引导学生观察并总结地名前介词的用法：in后面通常是国家、城市、乡镇或房屋等，on后面通常是街道或楼层，at则接具体的街道门牌号码。

6、Read the story again .Read and circle. (P18) 在学生反馈答案时引导学生理解far from，near。

7、Reading time: a. Listen and repeat. Pay attention to the pronunciation and intonation. b. Read in groups: Read together or read in roles. 8、Look at the useful sentences and try to retell the story in groups. Step3 Consolidation Task1: Change the places. Look at the pictures. Ask and answer in pairs: How do you go/get/come to Wenzhou/Hongkong/Beijing/work/…? Task2: Make a new dialogues in groups and act. Mike，Liu Tao and Yang Ling visit Su Hai’s new home. What do they talk ? Step4 Homework: 1.熟练朗读课文，复述整个故事。

2.完成练习册第一课时。

3.完成一起作业网。
