Unit4 January is the first month. Lesson 22 一、知识目标:
1.通过学习本课,能够听说读写单词March,April,grass,tree,stop,egg 听说认读词组Tree Planting Day, Easter, 句型March is third month of the year. April is the fourth month of the year. 2. 通过学习本课,能够理解序数词的概念,掌握其基本用法。
二、语言技能:
1.通过学习本课,能够灵活运用本课所学内容讨论与月份、节日相关话题。
2.通过学习本课,能够通过图片、词语、例句提示,谈论三月四月相关内容,对话题进行讨论。
三、学习策略:
1.通过学习本课,能够借助已有知识储备与本课所学内容进行整合完成课堂任务。
2. 通过学习本课,能够在课堂交流中注意倾听、积极思考。与他人合作共同完成各项活动。
四、情感态度:
1.敢于开口,不怕表达中出现错误。
2.在小组活动中能够与其他同学积极配合和合作。
五、文化意识: 跨文化交际意识的培养,是英语教学的一个重要组成部分。词汇是文化信息的主要浓缩。本课中通过植树节,复活节的视频帮助学生有效了解中西方文化背景,培养学生跨文化交流意识,达成本课教学德育目标。
六、教材分析:
本课选自第四单元第四课时,为一节词汇句型课
。衔接第二课时的阅读课,以阅读课中出现的核心词汇月份March,April。节日Tree Planting Day,
Spring Festival,句型March is the third month of the year. April is the fourth month of the year. 结合拓展内容Africa’s Great Green Wall中已学单词wall中字母组合“al”的发音呈现本课的chant。
七、学情分析:
六年级的学生已经具备一定的语言知识基础,具备一定知识的整合能力,但是水平参差不齐。思维活跃,喜欢在课堂上参与小组活动和竞赛,因此教师通过设计由易到难的活动,帮助学生突破重难点,通过创设情景,帮助学生理清思路、拓展思维,将新旧知识融合在一起。

一、Warm-up: 1.Free Talk 2.Sing a chant about months 3.Talk about January and February from weather, festivals, activities and so on. 二、Presentation: 1.Ask some questions What is the third month of the year? What can people see in March?
设计意图
本课为词汇句型课,学生通过对一月和二月内容的复习,拓展思维,将知识整合在一起。
以问答的形式对前一课的知识进行梳理,将难点句型呈现给学生。也将四会单词合理地呈现给学生。
When is Tree Planting Day? Why do people plant trees on that day?
通过热点话题,谈论种树的重要性,并且巧妙引入字母组合“al”的发音,学习本课的chant.
突出重点内容,拓展学生的思维,用所学内容去表达应用语言。
