本课是pep英语五年级下册第一单元Part C Let’s check, Let’s wrap it up and story time. 整个单元以My day为中心话题，围绕着描述“When do you do on the weekend?”展开。本节课的story time 主要是对本单元知识的整合，由于故事中有许多生词、生句，这就增加了学生学习的难度。因此，本节课我借助生动的多媒体动画、录音、图片、文字、音乐等，触动学生多种感官，让学生全身心投入课堂中。针对本堂课的重难点，我先把关键的生词、句解决，再采用任务型教学方法，任务由易到难，个个击破。做到既能巩固所学知识，又能提高解决问题的能力以及综合运用语言能力，从而完成教学任务。

1、知识目标：通过对单元知识的巩固，读懂故事，体会故事的趣味性，

并能表演故事。

2、能力目标：

（1）能够认读：collect, nuts, dry, have a show等新单词

（2）能够运用I often…. I always… I sometimes…描述周末活动。

3、情感目标：合理安排周末活动。
