Revision of Relative Clause

Students' Analysis: The students have learnt the common use of relative clause last term, but they don't have a good command of using relative clause in proper situations. Some of them still have trouble in selecting proper relative pronouns or relative adverbs. Most students in class 8 are hardworking but not confident in expressing themselves. This lesson is not only aimed to help develop students abilities of using relative clause in proper situations, but also help them cooperate with each other in a group to solve difficulties and improve together.

Teaching Aims: After this lesson, students are supposed to

be able to master the common use of relative pronouns and relative adverbs. 2.

be able to express their ideas using relative clause in proper situations. 3.

enjoy the sense of achievement and build up confidence in learning grammar. Teaching difficulties: 1.
