教学目标：

1.

能听懂、会读、会说关于中国节日的词汇Spring Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, Double Ninth Festival 2. 能用英语简单描述中国的传统节日（日期、人们的活动及食物）

3. 了解中国的传统文化，继承传统

4. 培养学生的自主阅读能力

教学重点：

1.能听懂，会读，会说关于中国节日的词汇Spring Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, Double Ninth Festival 2.能用英语简单描述中国的传统节日（日期、人们的活动及食物）

教学难点：

了解四个节日的相关知识，并能在学习完课文之后，对照板书，用自己的语言复述四个节日

教学准备：PPT，Chinese Festivals Book粘贴包，板书

教学过程：

课前sing a song about twelve months 把本课中出现的7个月份贴到黑板的角落里。

Step1 Warm up Play a game：

复习以前所学食物的单词，并可顺便拓展vegetables以及dumplings进行新授

（fish, turkey, vegetables, cake, rice…）

Teach: dumpling 在每个食物的单词中挑一个字母，组成一个新单词

festival，然后揭题

Step2 Presentation

学习Spring Festival 1.
