本节课教学内容为科普版小学英语(三年级起点)四年级上册Lesson 5 What can you see? 中的Let’s learn 部分。
二.教学目标:
1. 能够听,说,读,写单词:sheep, tree, see. 2.
能够理解和掌握句型:What can you see? I can see a ... Can you see a ... ? Yes, I can.并能灵活运用本课句型自由会话。
3. 关注学生在学习过程中积极愉悦的情感体验,培养学生自信开口,积极思维用英语表达的情感态度。
三.教学重难点:
1. 教学重点:学生掌握重点句型。
2. 教学难点:在熟练地基础上运用所学内容进行知识的迁移。
四.教具、学具准备:
课件,简笔画,图片等。
五.教学过程:
Step 1 Warm-up 1. Greeting with students.
2. Sing a song with actions. (Can you swim ?)
Step 2 Lead-in 1.
Play a game to guess “What’s in the picture ?” Then lead in the sentence “What can you see in the picture?”
Step 3 Presentation 1.
Draw the pictures of tree/sheep/bee. 2.
Practice the sentences pattern below: What can you see ? I can see a ... Can you see a ... ? Yes,I can./ No, I can’t. 3.Draw the pictures of pig , panda , fox. Using the pictures to practice the sentences pattern. 4. Review the phonetics [i:] and [i] , give some words to practice. Step 4 Drill 1. Practice the four pictures in pairs , then show to the class . 2. Let’s have a chant with the sentences . Step 5 Consolidation and extension practice 1.
Using the sentence pattern “What can you see ? I can see a ...”to practice the picture in the PPT. 2. Using the sentence pattern “What can you see ? I can see a ...” to say something about our classroom . 3. Find differences .
Give students two pictures to find out the differences , practice the sentences and write down the sentences on the notebook . Step 5 Summary and homework 1. Summary Summary the words and important sentences . 2. Homework
Make a dialogue using the sentence pattern “What can you see ?”,then say it to your parents.
