Unit 5 Whose dog is it? Part C Story time 一、教学目标

1. 能力目标：能在观看故事插图的基础上听懂故事内容；能在图片的帮助下读懂这个小故事，并能正确朗读故事；训练学生能从故事中捕捉主要信息的能力；能在图片及关键词的提示下小组表演故事。

2. 知识目标：能够在图片和老师的帮助下理解故事内容，复习巩固单元重点语言；能够在故事情景中理解单词和句子：Here comes a tiger. What are they doing? Why are you looking at us? They’re taking pictures. They’re copying us. 等。

二、教学重、难点

1. 重点：能在图片的帮助下读懂这个小故事，并能正确朗读故事；

2. 难点：能够在故事情景中理解单词和句子：Here comes a tiger. What are they doing? Why are you looking at us? They’re taking pictures. They’re copying us. 能在图片及关键词的提示下小组表演故事。

Step1.Review and pre-reading: 1.Whose tail is it? Is it the tiger’s?Is it the horse’s?Is it the dog’s?

What is it doing?/What are they doing?

Step2 While- reading 1.First,give questions to the students. Q1:Where are Zip and Zoom? Q2:What is Zip doing? Read the pictures and answer the questions. 2.Enjoy the story First show the question to the students. What does Zip takes pictures of? Watch the video and answer the question. Read the story Q1: There is only the tiger’s tail. Why? Q2: What are the monkeys doing? 3.Listen，follow and act.

教学故事1-3幅图。

教学故事4-6幅图。

理重并讲解重点句型：What are they doing? Why are they looking at us? They’re copying us.讲解重点句型以及回答：

It’s running so fast.

They are climbing. They are looking at Zip and Zoom. They are taking pictures.

They are copying them. Step3: After-reading Rewrite the story. Step4:Homework 1.listen to the tape and recite the story. 2. Act with your partner after class. 3. Preview P56-57.
