课题:Unit 3 Will you come to my birthday party? Lesson 18
教学目标:
(1)语言知识目标:能够听说读写重点词汇及主要句型。主要学习重点词汇light the candles, sing the birthday song, make a wish, blow out the candles, cut the cake, eat the cake, here, for, light及主要句型Here’s a birthday cake for you. H ow do they celebrate the birthday? First, they light the candles and then……
(2)能力目标:本部分主要让学生掌握一些简单的问候语及回答,并通过听听做做的活动,让学生练习并运用所学的词汇。让学生明白句型的应用的情境。学习有关短语和句型后能应用于实践。
(3)情感目标:结合实际生活,创设真实情境,引导学生关心身边的同学、家人等,激发学习兴趣和热情,提高学习的积极性和主动性;培养学生团结合作的意识和精神。
(4)策略目标:鼓励学生积极运用多种学习方法和策略,自主获取信息,主动交际,分享交流,并且鼓励他们自己联想情境记忆知识点。在教学过程中鼓励学生大胆的开口说英语,表达自己的想法。
教学重点:

教具学具准备:多媒体、教学卡片、礼物图片、小棒、蛋糕玩具
教学过程:
1.Warm-up
(1) 播放歌曲Happy birthday to you.
(2)Chant together. Oy
2. Presentation
(1) 出示Chant主人公Roy照片引入本课情境。
T: From the chant we know that the boy's name is Roy. And today is his birthday. Let's say happy birthday to him together.
Ss: Happy birthday.
T: Now, look at the box. I have a birthday gift for him. Can you guess what's in the box?
学生猜礼物。
T: Let’s see what’s in the box.
出示蛋糕照片。
Ss: It’s a birthday cake.
T: Here’s a birthday cake for you.
T: Do you have anything for him?
引导学生操练Here's ... for you. / Here are ... for you.
T: You have so many things for him. I think he will have a wonderful party. Now let’s see how they celebrate the birthday.
(2) 播放生日派对过程flash
T: A wonderful party, right? They did so many things.
出示教学卡片,打乱顺序排列
T: Now, look at the picture. Are they in the right order?
Ss: No.
T: who can come here to put them into the right order?
学生到黑板按顺序排列图片。
T: Very good. So, how do they celebrate the birthday?
First, they light the candles. Then, they sing the birthday song. Then, they make a wish. Then, they blow out the candles. And then, they cut the cake. At last, they eat the cake.
(3) Chain game.
T: Now, Let’s play a chain game. One student asks the question, six students answer it one by one.
出示图片,学生接龙。
(4) Let’s act and sing.
T: Who can come here to act the party out?
学生以小组为单位上台表演。
(5) Let’s interview.
T: Now, we know how Roy celebrate his birthday. And Roy also wants to know how you celebrate your birthday. So let’s interview.
The students who have the red sticks, you are the interviewers. I mean you ask questions.
The students who have the green ones, you are the interviewees. So you answer questions.
The students who have the yellow ones, you take notes. So you write down the answers.
The students who have the blue ones, you are the announcers. So you read out the answers.

What’s your name?
How old are you?
When is your birthday?
How do you celebrate the birthday?
3. Practice
(1) Read and answer the questions.
(2) Make a party plan.

1、背诵本课单词、短语及重点句子。
2、与朋友聊聊你的生日派对。
课后小结
本课为双课,重点内容单词、短语及重点句子的讲解及练习。课上讲练结合,通过精心设计的活动充分调动了学生的积极性,同时反复操练本课重点句型。学生们精神面貌较好,大部分学生能当堂掌握本课知识。在知识的扩充上,除本课出现的first,and then外,还给学生增加了at last这一短语,但学生对这一短语的掌握尚有欠缺,需在今后的授课过程中进一步强调和巩固。
