四、教学过程

<一>Greetings&Warm-up

1.Good morning ,boys and girs.

2.Play a game:

《Make shoes colorful》

设计意图:

通过男女竞争游戏既活跃课堂气氛又让学生了解今天的故事内容和颜色有关。

<二>Pre-reading

1.Look at a picture about shoes and a cat.

2.Look at the book’s cover. To introduce the title, the character and the author of this book.

设计意图:

通过看书的封面,了解故事的主题,作者和主要角色。

<三>While-- reading

1. Present the picture of Pete’s activities.

He stepped in strawberries, blueberries, mud and water. His shoes turned red, blue, brown , white but wet.

2.Encourage the students to understand the feeling of Pete.

3.Enable students to understand the moral of the story.

设计意图:

学生在老师的问题引领下读绘本,疏通故事的脉络,利于学生理解故事内容。

Group work :完成Thinking map, Think and answer the questions of the story.
