Lesson 11 What are you doing?
一、教学目标
1、知识与技能
(a)能够听、说、读、写动词短语的ing形式:drawing pictures, doing homework,,reading a book。
( b ) 能够简单描述自己或他人正在做什么,如:I’
m drawing . She’s reading.
(c)能够询问他人正在干什么,如:What are you doing ? What is he/she doing ?
2、过程与方法
能够通过师生说、两两说和听读体验英语教学的一般过程,掌握合作学习的过程和方法。
3、情感态度与价值观
使同学养成热爱学习的好习惯。注重培养学生细致观察和小组合作的能力。
二、
教学重点和难点
1、掌握动词的-ing 形式并运用到短语当中。
2、掌握主要句型
What are you doing ? 并能用
I am …. 来作答。
3、引导学生理解,感知现在进行时表达的含义
。
三、教学过程。
(一)导入:通过一个猜谜游戏复习学过的句型和短语: Are you washing your face?
学生回答:Yes,I am. / No, I’m not.
(二)
新授课
1、
Look at me . I do some actions. You can ask me with the drills:
What are you doing?
I answer with I am....... 与此同时进行短语教学: draw a picture
read a book
write a letter
learn English
do one’s homework 2、利用课件进行句型练习:What are you doing ? What is he/she doing ?
3.重点学习短语:draw a picture 从而引出句子What are you doing ?
I’m drawing a picture . →What are you drawing ?
I’m drawing a ball.
Look , it looks like a _______ . Oh, yes it is a basketball.
4.
让学生来讲台上一边画一边进行仿造练习。
(三)巩固拓展练习。
S1:What are you doing?
S2: I’m
reading.
S1:What are you reading?
S2 :I’m
reading a book.
S1: What book is it?
S2: It’s a story book.
S1:What are you doing?
S2: I’m
writing.
S1:What are you writing?
S2: I’m
writing a letter.
S1: Who are you writing a letter to?
S2: I’m
writing a letter to __________ . (my father/ mother/brother/ sister/ friend...........)
S1:What are you doing?
S2: I’m
cooking.
S1:What are you cooking?
S2 :I’m
cooking lunch.
S1:What are you doing?
S2: I’m
washing.
S1:What are you washing?
S2 :I’m
washing my face /clothes.
四、Homework:
1、能够复述课文。
2、利用所学句型和同学或自己的父母进行简单交流。
