教学过程：

Step 1 Warming up

1.Sing a song.

2.Free talk.

Do you like music?

Who is your music teacher? Step 2 Presentation and Practice

1.教师出示Rabbit, Cat, Bird

图片，说：Guess! Who’s Zoom’s music teacher?

引导学生说出：

Ms Bird is Zoom’s music teacher. 教师出示第一幅图片，说：Look！

Today is April 30th. Ms Bird says, “The singing test will be on May 4th. What will he say? Can he sing well? 引导学生观察图片中Zoom 担心紧张的表情。

2.教师播放第一幅图片的录音，

学生听录音，

模仿独处Zoom紧张的语气和Zip 安慰的语气。教师问：What does Zip say? What happens? Let’s watch a cartoon. 3.教师播放C Story time 的视频，

学生看完后回答问题:Can Zoom sing well?

引导学生关注Zoom

从Can’t sing well

到sing well转变过程中所付出的努力。

4.请学生再看一遍视频，教师提问：What does“Practice makes perfect.”mean? 教师板书：Practice makes perfect.教师范读谚语，学生朗读谚语。

5.请学生在此观看视频并模仿跟读。

6.学生分小组表演故事，然后教师选机组进行展示。

Step 3 Extension 续编故事，

如：

Zip’s grandma’s birthday is on May 20th. Zip wants to make a delicious chocolate birthday cake for her grandma. But she can’t make a cake. What will happen?

Step 4 Homework

1. Watch the cartoon and imitate the story.
