一、教材分析：

本课是PEP教材五年级下册第四单元When is Easter part c story time的内容。本课以音乐考试为主线，贴近学生的生活实际。故事呈现的是Zoom不受外界干扰，专心练习唱歌，并最终在歌唱比赛中取得好成绩的事。教材除了复习巩固句型：The singing test will be on May 4th. I can’t … .I want to … . 等。还通过图片和上下文拓展理解：Practice makes perfect. Will you come to the party/play football with me after school? I want to practise my song. I need more practice. I’ll go swimming tonight.等。

二、学情分析：

本节课的教学对象是五年级的学生，他们已学习英语两年多。具有一定的英语听说读写能力。学生已在Unit3和Unit4中学习了一般将来时的用法，学会了询问和回答将来的计划和安排。对于will的用法已掌握，从而为学习will you…?句型打下良好的基础。学生能更快地理解并进入本课主要句型的学习。在本节课中学生将跟随故事文本情景学习Will you … .句型的功能，并在故事新编中运用，提高综合语言运用能力，促进思维的发展，塑造良好的文化品格。

三、教学目标：

（一）知识与能力目标：

学生能够在图片和教师的帮助下，表达事情即将举行的时间，自己的计划、建议，自己不会做的事，并复习巩固句型The singing test will be on. May 4th. I’ll…Let’s … I can’t… I want to…等，同时拓展学习句型Practice makes perfect.的深刻含义。学生能用Will you…?句型发出邀请，并根据事情轻重缓急运用句子：No, I can’t. I want to…\I need more practice.做出应答。学生能够在图片和教师的帮助下理解故事经过和故事给予大家的启发—，朗读或表演故事，掌握基本的阅读策略，观察图片，预测故事。

（二）过程与方法目标：

学生能在龟兔赛跑的故事中学习will you..?句型，及其应答，为课本故事文本的阅读做铺垫。学生能够在图片和教师的帮助下，观察图片，预测故事，掌握基本的阅读策略。学生能在学习完两个故事后综合运用Will you…?Let’s…I’ll….Will you go?及应答进行故事改编。

（三）情感态度价值观：

学生能通过故事文本中Zoom专心刻苦练习，从不擅长唱歌到得到老师和同学的赞赏与肯定的事情，让学生了解故事的中心思想：Practice makes perfect的深刻含义。

2、学生理解故事的中心思想“practice makes perfect”的含义。

学生能够在具体情境中正确、恰当运用本课的词汇、句型创编故事。

利用自然拼读法拼读单词keep,学习短语keep running.为下文新编龟兔赛跑故事做铺垫。

利用龟兔赛跑的故事分组，并在欣赏《龟兔赛跑》小故事中，渗透学习Will you…? Of course. I want to…/No, I can’t. I need to run.利用自然拼读法拓展学习nap，need.找出乌龟胜利的原因和兔子失败的原因，总结经验和教训。

学生看视频，欣赏整个故事。根据图片和词卡复述故事，并总结Zoom能够从不擅长唱歌到的到老师和同学赞赏和肯定的原因，即practise，practise and practise.从而引出：practice makes perfect. 学生表演故事，巩固故事，培养学生的语言模仿能力，激发英语学习兴趣。Task1的故事新编运用Will you…? /Let’s …/ I’ll …Will you go？提问，并运用：Sorry, I can’t. I want to dance. /I want to practise dancing./I need more practice.回答既巩固新句型:Will you…?又拓展综合运用旧句型:Let’s …/ I’ll …Will you go？

Task2的故事新编让学生展开想象联想在不同的故事人物的努力下不同的结局。充分培养学生的创造性思维和想象力，
