Miss Fang: Look! What are they?

They are pigs.

Miss Fang: How many pigs?

Alice: Six pigs.

Miss Fang: What are they? Kitty: They are chicks.

Miss Fang: How many chicks? Danny: There are seven chicks.

Miss Fang: What do you like best? Kitty: I like chicks best.

The animals are so lovely. They like them.

Kitty likes chicks:

I like chicks. They are small and yellow. They go ‘Peep, peep’

here, and ‘Peep, peep’ there. They eat rice and worms. They like running and pecking. They are so lovely.

Period 2 Kitty has a dream about farm 1. A chant:

One, two, put on my shoe. Three, four, open the door. Five, six, count the chicks. Seven, eight, open the gate. Nine, ten, that’s the end.

2. Kitty’s dream: I put on the shoes and get my bag. I open the door and go out. Wow, so many chicks. You are so lovely. How many chicks? One, two, three,…. There are ten chicks. Oh, my dear chicks. You can go home. I open the gate for you. Come in! Come in! Wow, count the chicks. One, two, … There are ten lovely chicks. You are all home. Goodbye!

Kitty: What are they?

Are they ducks? Uncle Wang: Ducks? Hahaha… They look like ducks buy they are not ducks. They are geese. They have long necks. Kitty: How many geese do you have?

Uncle Wang: I have seven. Look! They are coming. Kitty: Wow, so cool! What do they eat? Uncle Wang: They eat grass and fish.

Kitty: Wow! The hens are so beautiful. Uncle Wang: Oh, they look like hens but they are not hens. They are roosters. They have big red combs and big tails. Kitty: What do they eat? Uncle Wang: They eat rice and corn. Kitty: Oh, I see. Thank you.
