六、教学过程

Step 1

Play a guessing

game

新授单词：headache 引出

toothache ，earache，backache，让学生寻找构词

规律。

Step 2 Pre-reading T:Look at these children. Who feels not so good？Who goes to see the doctor？

Let’s watch and answer. T: Who goes to see the doctor? S: Su Hai and Mike. T: Today we’ll learn Unit 4 Seeing the doctor(揭题) Step 3 Learning of Part 1 1.Listen and answer T：Su Hai and Mike go to see the doctor. What do you want to ask them? S: What’s the matter with you, Su Hai/Mike?

T: Yes. You also can ask “What’s wrong with you?”

Teach: What’s wrong with you?

T: We want to know “What’s wrong with Su Hai and Mike?” First, let’s listen to the story and try to answer”What’s wrong with Su Hai?”

S: She has a headache and a fever. T: Is she/he right? Let’s check the answer.

Teach: check T: Yes. From these two sentences, we know Su Hai has a headache and a fever. How does she feel?

S: She feels cold.

Teach: feel

(feet—feel)

T：What does“cold”mean here？

2.Read and choose T: Su Hai has a headache and a fever. What should she do? What shouldn’t she do? Teach: should
