【教材分析】

本单元学习的主题是描述最喜欢的季节并陈述原因。主情景图通过美术教师，Amy, John, Zoom和Zip的对话场景呈现了本单元要学习的部分核心词汇和句型。

Read and write部分为四个季节的配图小短文。文本借助图片描述了四个季节的特点，机器人Robin表达了对四季的喜好之情。本部分概括了本单元的核心句型

I like …because…和部分核心词组，让学生在阅读理解中加强对本单元核心句型的运用。

【学情分析】

五年级的学生有了一定的阅读能力，学生已经对四季有一定了解，但对四季活动了解不够多，词汇量积累不够丰富，语言表达和英语思维能力也有待提高。因此，在教学设计中我注重用好教材中的图片资源，让学生更好的理解文本。为后面的联系实际谈季节、写季节做好铺垫。

【教学目标】

知识目标： 1.学生能听、说、认读新授单词all，fall ，leaves，pink，lovely ，paint。能够听、说、读、写句型I like…best because…, 能做到书写规范。

2.学生能够在图片的帮助下读懂对四季的描述以及机器人对四季喜

好的表达。

3.学生能够按照正确的语音、语调、意群朗读文本。

技能目标：

1.学生能够在情景中运用句型I like…best because…交流自己最喜欢的季节及原因，能进行书面表达。

2.学生能有感情地朗读文本内容，并通过阅读掌握朗读技巧。

情感目标: 1.通过本节课的学习，学生能够有兴趣用英语表达自己所喜爱的季节，并陈述理由。

2.学生能在读、谈、写家乡四季的过程中，增强爱生活、爱家乡的思想感情。

学习策略目标：

1.学生能在学习文本的过程中习得阅读策略。通过整体感知文本，回答Which season does Robin like?，提高学生抓主要信息的能力。通过回答Robin喜欢四季的原因，学生自主细读短文，采用划关键词句的方法，找出答案，提高学生整理、分析问题的能力。

2.学生能在角色扮演的过程中，体会有感情朗读，习得朗读策略。

3.学生能在小组合作学习中，培养沟通和交流的能力，提高合作学习能力。

4.学生能发挥自己的学习优势，基于自己的优势进行学习。

【教学重难点】

学生能灵活运用重点句I like…best because…表达自己所喜爱的

季节，并陈述理由，帮助潜质生能用本课重点句子交流文本中的内容，促进学优生能在真实情境中运用重点句表达和交流有关四季的知识。

【教学用具】

多媒体课件、单词卡片、学习任务单。

【教学步骤】

Step1: Pre-reading 1. Enjoy a chant about the seasons. 2. Free talk T: We know there are four seasons in a year. What are they? Ss: They’re spring, summer, autumn and winter. T: Which season do you like best? Why ? Ss: I like…. Because…. The teacher show the activities about the four seasons. Let’s Ss practice in pairs like this. Pair workA:Which season do you like best?B:I like… A:Why? B:Because …

【设计意图】通过chant营造课堂学习氛围，切入学习主题，使学生快速进入学习过程。通过自由对话复习、拓展有关四季的活动，为后面的学习做好铺垫。

Step 2 :While-reading 1.

General reading T: Now I know some of you like spring, some of you like summer, autumn, or winter. Which season does Robin like? Can you guess? 出示Robin图片,让学生猜测。

T: Which season does Robin like? Read the passage quickly and answer. Underline the sentences. Ss open their books to P.19, read the whole passage and find out: which season does Robin like? All of four seasons. .==> Robin likes them all. Lead Ss to understand and read: all. T: Robin like the four seasons, how do you know? Have the Ss answer. 【设计意图】通过让学生猜测Robin喜欢哪个季节，创设信息差，激发学生阅读文本验证猜测的兴趣。通过速读文本，让学生整体感知文本，在教师问题的引导下，学生能有目的的抓取文本的主要信息，同时也对文本的主要内容有了大致了解，为后面的学习做好铺垫。

Detail reading 带着问题阅读文本，Why does Robin like…教师进行阅读方法的指

导，学生边读课文边边划出问题的答案。教师在过程中板书和板贴重点单词和句型。

T:Spring is coming . What can you see in spring? Show Picture1. Have the Ss answer. Write on the board: green trees, pink flowers. Why does Robin like spring? Read picture 1 and answer. Lead Ss to say: because there are beautiful flowers everywhere. T: Here comes summer. What’s the weather like? Lead Ss to say: it’s hot in summer. T: What do you often do in summer? Have the Ss answer. Give a tip to the Ss: you should go swimming with your parents. T: We can swim in the sea. Can Robin swim ? Read Picture 2 and answer. Show Picture3. T: Look at the tree. The leaves fall down from the tree. The leaves fall and fall. Do you know the meaning of “fall”? Have the Ss answer. T: I love autumn. Do you like it? Ok! Here are two questions for you: a. The last “fall” means_____

b. Why do people also call autumn fall? Have the Ss answer. T: What lovely colours! I want to paint a picture. What does Robin say? Lead Ss to say: wow ! I want to paint a picture. Lead Ss to understand and read: fall, lovely, paint, leaves. Let’s Ss read the sentence following the tape. T: Time flies ! Here comes winter. Look at picture 4. Who wants to give us some questions for picture 4? 【设计意图】通过展示相关图片帮助学生理解文本，降低学习难度。以问题为引领，学生通过阅读课文的方式有目的的寻找主要信息，加深对文本内容的理解。强调边读边划的学习方式，培养学生良好的阅读习惯，让学生习得阅读策略。引导学生提出问题，有利于培养学生的英语思维能力，提高学生自主学习能力。

Step 3: Post-reading 1.Listen and repeat，try to imitate. Watch the video and repeat. 2. Read the passage in pairs. Let Ss choose one season to act it out. 【设计意图】通过听读规范学生语音语调, 让学生养成良好的模仿朗读英语的习惯。培养学生关注重音、连读、按意群朗读的意识，学会有感情地朗读。教师指导学生在理解的基础上正确跟读课文。通过两人一

组分角色读培养学生的角色意识，通过展示进一步激发学生的朗读兴趣。

3. Retell the passage. 借助板书和板贴内容，全班复述文本内容。

4. Enjoy a film《Four Seasons in the West Coast of Qingdao》

Watch the video. Ask Ss to read another passage about the topic and exchange their ideas.(show picture books) In spring , there are many flowers in Dazhushan. They are pink and beautiful. I can climb mountains. I can paint pictures . I like spring in my hometown.Winter is beautiful. When it snows, I can make a snowman. I can ski(滑雪) at Mount Cangma. Which season do you like best? Now write down your ideas as much as possible. Read your passage in you groups. 【设计意图】本环节运用微课，创造性地将阅读活动进行升华，有效地将课内阅读向课外延伸，通过联系生活实际，使学生不仅积累新语言知识，深度理解文本的内容，更重要的是，帮助学生积累阅读的经验，使学生的创造思维、写作能力得到培养和锻炼，通过小练笔等形式有效促进了学生英语综合语言运用能力的发展。通过写家乡的四季，童眼看家乡，培养学生热爱生活、热爱家乡的美好情感，凸显德育一体化教学在课堂的落实。全班展示前先让学生在小组内交流自己的小练笔，能让学习困难的学生在小组内通过优秀学生的帮助准确的表达和书写。同时学生的自主学习能力和合作学习能力得到提高。
