Friends with English –Book4-Culture 1-1st period Ⅱ. Analysis of contents This Lesson is talking about school life .The main expression is: (1) revise the old lessons: There’s a big hall in his school. There isn’t a gym in his school (2) learn the new drill: He often plays games on the playground. Weiliang and his classmates have flag raising ceremony on the playground every Monday morning.They do morning exercise there at 10 a.m. from Monday to Friday. Ⅲ.
Analysis of students
Pupils of Grade 4 are active and curious. They like acting, singing and playing games. Before this lesson, they have grasped some words and sentence structures about their school life in Unit 1 , so it’s easy for them to learn this lesson.
Ⅳ. Teaching aims
1. Knowledge objectives:
Can recognize the words and phrases: assembly flag-raising ceremony, morning exercise Can listen, say and read the sentences:
