教学重点：

能够对chopsticks, people,use, hard, fork, easy,knife. 进行认读，掌握发音和中文意义。

2、

能够中西方用餐文化进行简单的了解。

3、

能够在小组合作，尝试理论的指导下，学生基本掌握课文朗读。

教学难点：单词认读以，特别是“chopsticks”. 技能目标：能够运用所学的内容描述事物的外形或者特点。

教学流程：

Step1: Warm-up (2’)

Sing the class song or play a game

Step 2: Oral English Practice (3’) 1.

What day is it today/ tomorrow? 2.

What color do you like? 3.

What is the teacher doing?

(The teacher offers the questions, Asking and answering among students)

Step 3: Guide in (2’) Today I will show some pictures to you. Please say something about them. 1.

What is this?

Do you use chopsticks?

Step 4：

Try to learn by groups. (5’)

Before we learn it, I asked you to review read the text by yourselves. Now, you will have 2mins to prepare the text reading by your group, and then I ask some groups to show your reading. By the way, write down the key words and phrases on the blackboard.

Step 5:

Words and phrases teaching (8’)

Try to read the words on the board. Ask some little teacher to show the reading, if it is right, everyone follows, If not, Ask another one or teacher show the correct reading. (read the words with the sentences in the text or make a new sentence by the word.)

Step 6 text reading practice (10’) 1.

Listen to the disk and try to imitate the reading. 2.

Repeat it again and give a appraisement. 3.

Repeat after teacher. 4.

Group cooperate reding and show the conversation.

Step 7. Comclusion (2’)

The Englsih people use a knife and fork. It is easy.

The Chinese people use chopsticks.

Knife and fork are easy for English people, they are hard for Chinese people. Chopsticks are easy for Chinese people, they are hard for English people.

Step 9 Homework (2’) 1．

Read the text of Module 1 unit 1 3times and try to master the spelling of the new words. 2．

Copy the key words 1 line. ( 4 words a line with chinese meaning).
