Unit 5 Helping our parents （Story time） 教学目标：

1. 能听懂、会读、会说单词：parent, clean, cook, sweep, busy, wash . 2. 能听懂、会读、会说日常用语：what are you doing? What is he/she doing? 及回答

3. 能正确的理解并朗读课文，在教师的引导和帮助下尝试复述课文内容。

4. 能初步运用本课所学的词汇和句型询问别人正在做什么。

Teaching procedures 教学过程

Step 1. Daily Practice Listen, the bell is ringing. Class begins. I like English and PE. I like reading books and doing housework. I live far from school. So I usually go to school by bus. What about you?

Step 2.预习反馈

小组内学习下面的词组：

clean the car clean the table make the bed sweep the floor wash clothes wash the dishes

Step3 .课文学习

1. T: You’re great！ Let’s learn Unit5 Helping our parents .(学生跟读) T: Yes, we can help our parents do housework . We can do these things . clean the car clean the table make the bed sweep the floor wash clothes wash the dishes mop(拖) the floor cook breakfast cook lunch cook dinner (学生朗读这些家务活动，同时也是检测学生词汇的朗读)

2. 自主学习1: (学生通过观看卡通片，了解Mike一家人在周六所做的家务活)

T： But ，What do Mike and his family do ? Let’s watch and circle . (1) Watch the cartoon and circle . (2) Check .

3. 自主学习2: (学生通过阅读文本P48，然后再文本中划出关键词，并试着回答以下五个问题) T: They do many things on Saturday ,But what are they doing in the morning ? Let’s read and underline . （1）

5.合作交流：（学生首先自主朗读文本49页，完成连线，小组长在小组内交流答案，并安排好角色让学生进行口语表达训练）

1. T：You are very good !It’s time to read now .Let’s Read after the tape. Read and imitate听录音跟读课文，注意单词的正确发音，并认真模仿语音语调。

Step4.分层达标

Task2 ：Try to retell the text. 根据图片及板书试着复述课文 . Task1：Read the text correctly and fluently. 能正确流利地朗读课文。

Task3:你想呈现麦克一家发生的事情吗？请根据课文内容，选择周六上午或下午发生的事情，和你的同伴们去演一演。

Step5 .拓展延伸

1.T:What do you think of Helen and Mike ? S: They are very good . T: Yes ,They are very good. They can help their parents do housework. I hope you can help your parents too. 2. Let’s enjoy a movie “Family ”

3. T：In the evening ,they are not busy .What are they doing ? Let’s look and write.

It is Saturday evening , They ’re not busy. . . . . Step 6 Homework 1. Read the story 5 times and recite the story . 2. Retell the story according to the pictures.（根据图片复述故事）
