Step1、新课导入

1、活动热身，引发交流

1) Greetings.

1、情景创设，体验交流

1) Play a guessing game: What shape is it? 2) Show some shapes to the students, and then ask and answer.

a. Play CAI, make some new pictures with the shapes: an ostrich, an octopus, a pig, a peacock, a snake..

b. Have the students listen to the recorder, learn to say the words by themselves.

教学反思：

本课时是北师大版一年级下册Unit 8 Shapes的第三课时，主要学习Let’s say & Let’s chant。由于本单元是关于形状的教学，因此我反复斟酌，决定将这一课时用图形来进行新课的引入，并运用游戏、歌谣等活动，围绕课文情节来开展教学，取得了很好的教学效果。

1、总的来说，这堂课的复习还是蛮到位的。一开始就及时复习，通过Guessing game巩固了前两节课的单词star, square, rectangle, circle, triangle和句型What shape is it? It’s a

…使学生能更好地融入到本节课的教学中去。

2、以“Magic, magic. Go, go, go!”的咒语，把一堆凌乱的图形变成五种新的动物：ostrich, octopus, pig, peacock, snake，并就此展开自主学习，导入自然有趣，学生的积极性很高。

3、能创设一定的语言情境，注重学习的循序渐进，能带领学生共同融入课堂，语音语调自然幽默，富有激情。

4、创编歌谣环节，学生乐意参与，在不知不觉中培养了观察的好习惯，同时也展示了自己自信的一面。
