一、教材分析

本课是外研版小学五年级英语下册第三模块第一单元She had eggs and sausages.本单元内容主要围绕一般过去时来谈论饮食习惯,掌握询问他人吃过什么的句型What did she have for breakfast/lunch/dinner? 以及描述他人吃过某食物的句型She had eggs and sausages等重点句型而展开的教学活动,并根据学生实际情况合理有效地组织开展教学活动,针对不同层次的学生设计不同的问题,使学生在情景中掌握教学内容,培养学生自主学习英语的能力和运用英语分析、解决问题的能力,以及交流和合作的能力。

二、教学目标

1、掌握新单词和短语:hamburger 、English、breakfast、 lunch、 sandwich、fish and chips 、traditional、dish. 2、掌握下列句子的用法:What did she have for breakfast/lunch/dinner? 3、掌握并熟练运用句型询问其他人三餐情况。

三、教学重难点

1、充分了解并掌握下列句子:What did she have for breakfast/lunch/dinner yesterday? She had …. 2、了解英语国家饮食习惯及中西方饮食文化的不同。

四、课前准备:单词卡片、课件、鸡蛋和牛奶。

五、教学过程

Step 1. Warming up 1.

Free talk. T:(呈现鸡蛋和牛奶)What are they? Ss:They are eggs and milk. T:Can you guess:What did I have for breakfast? Ss:You had eggs and milk. T:Yes, you are right. You are clever.(贴贴奖励)

Step 2. Leading in 1.

呈现课题Module 3 Unit 1

She had eggs and sausages . T:Today we will learn Module 3 Unit 1

She had eggs and sausages.(师带读)

Revision the food words. Show the pictures about noodles 、rice 、meat 、fish、 dumplings. T:What are they ? Ss:….(学生快速说出食物名称)

T:They are Chinese or English food ? Ss:They are Chinese food. 3.

Let’s see English food. Show “hamburger” picture(呈现PPT)拿出hamburger单词卡片,Teaching “hamburger”,逐个呈现单词卡片,读单词,小组读、开火车读。

T:They are English food.(出示单词卡片,读“English”)

4. Show “fish and chips” pictures. T:Fish and chips is a traditional English dish(出示单词卡片并带读)

Let’ play a game:“What’s missing?”(教师拿出四张单词卡片,快速给学生记一遍,然后教师随意抽走一张,学生快速说出抽走那张卡片上的单词)
